I'm checking every morning for an OTA update (Europe, German ROM) , none so far .......
Is there an update on Kies ? ( Have no Kies anymore since SGSIII)
I checked with Kies yesterday evening but no update were available.

That's strange... I got no update offer via OTA, but connecting my German Note 10.1 to Kies, I was immediately offered the updated and it was installed by Kies successfully.
Got LH2 over Kies for my DBT note(got it in Austria, but unlike the tab 1 not ATO). Dated August 13th.

Just bought the sgn10.1 and got the update here in russia ))
No update here in Norway, NEE code.. tested skies and ota.
Installed Kies ........ grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, connected my SGN 10.1, said: I have latest version XXALGA ............
So where' s the difference to Germany ?

There is an official out right now,if you are waiting for your specific country update,who knows? I have a canadian n8010 and sammobile dosen't even show a firmware at all on their site,ICS or JB so i'm getting these official updates the long way.If you are waiting for OTA it could be forever in the world of electronics.Do a nandroid backup(that way you will have a copy of exactly what you started with)then you can do anything after and always be able to go back if and when an official for your country is released.Hope this helps.

There's now two full 411 builds for the n8010 wifi note10 on sammobile.
The lk9 dbt rom contains the csc for the uk devices.
Regions supported are : Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom
It works fine on my btu (uk) device without changing csc
There is also a ll3 rom for china/hk which is a lot newer build, not tested it though.
Is the update coming soon???? As it now sais access to the software update is provided to the users in which they request it try again later. Summit along them lines it sais that

That just means the servers delivering the OTA update are overloaded. In the past when I have got that message on my SGS3, I have then managed to update through Kies. Otherwise, you may just need to wait a day or two till the servers are less loaded.

This is the big update at 347mb that Samsung has pushed out to other S4s. Now its arrived officially on UK sim free, once complete I will add ROM details, this is BTU.
I had to create new thread as UK thread closed, as sticky for firmware discussion also closed.

mine just says the max numbr of rollouts has been reached and to try later or use kies. but if i use kies (like i had to last time this happened), it just says that i already have the latest firmware. it's been like this for the last 3 days so i'm not sure that there actually is a new update.

oh, then that's what's been on kies for weeks now. wonder why my handset is now showing the max rollouts reached rather than telling me im already up to date though. weird.

Is this definitely mga? My handset is on mga for last few weeks (btu) and I am also getting max rollouts reached rather than the usual your handset is up to date message I had been receiving

Nothing showing on Kies neither, must be a problem with Samung's ota server's
When I check for updates I'm now being told something about "maximum rollouts" too, usually it just says latest version installed? I've had XXUBMGA for 2 weeks though.

It's the same PDA but definitely new. I got the update OTA, and it only changed the CSC to MH1. PDA is still MGA, here are the before and after screenshots. The different fonts is my doing rather than the firmware

i live in the middle east and till now didn't receive any update
and when i try to check for update , it tell me :no update available
If you really want the update just flash an updated version from another country. Go to samfirmware.com and check for the latest update. But please check you note version!

I heard that the Note 10.1 2012 got finally the KitKat Update but Kies say that my firmware is allready the newest.
Are you sure Germany got the KitKat update? What about the device, does it find the update under About Device > Software Update? If not, you'll have to wait for Samsung to release the update in your country. And if your device is rooted or modded it won't update by itself, you'll have to do it manually.

I have the 4.1.2 Stock Rom and Germany was the first European Country who got the Update. But I´m not sure if the device is branded.

That means the carrier has a lot of bloatware on the Phone (I dont see any), the bootlogo is the carrier logo( I dont have it) and many more.

I'm in germany, and my GT-N8010 (Wifi version) seems willing to update via Kies. I saw on Sammobile that the new version is available. Have you checked there if the N8000 is already listed?

What about sending it to Samsung for the update? They'd probably do it for you. If you can be without your tablet for a few days that's an alternative. Or you could manually flash somehow the frimware through Odin.

Are you sure it is the same model or the same carrier? If it is, have you tried Kies?

Try doing it through kies. It also may be that the version on sammobile is still not approved to be let go in the UK.
It looks like BTU 4.4.2 has been available for a while on sammobile. I was looking for an Aussie version since I got a notification today of an update. From what I'm reading, though, there is not much advantage to updating.

same here in Belgium. no OTA update. but the update is available through kies
