Usage CPU and ram problem

Hi
I clean flash android 5 and now I have problem.

On stock kernel or uber kernel CPU usage stay on up 50% and ram usage up 700 mb.
When turn off and on everything is OK but after run few app its happen.
Anybody have that issue?
How to solve it?

DT Ignite - Bandwidth Vacuum

So, a friend came over with a Verizon phone yesterday, and stayed the night. Today, I was sent a letter from my ISP saying that I used over 100Gigs in two days!!! I only have a 150Gig limit for the month (welcome to Alaska.)

Mystery Data Usage

My data usage shows the majority of my data coming from "Android OS." Is it normal? Can I limit it?

Could be download something. Check the 'download" from app drawer

Stripped it down and reinstalled the rom. No issues since. I think the culprit could've been youtube music but no way of knowing for sure.

[Android Pie] System data taking up huge storage room

Is it normal? Can I clean it up?

Honestly depends on the phone you have. My system memory for galaxy s8+ is 10.7 gb and i'm running android oreo. Nothing you can really do here unless you flash a custom system image which can cause your device to be unstable
