Are the most important things working here?
Mobile data
Google Play
Wi-Fi tethering
Wi-Fi
Camera/panorama mode
And how fast it? Is.the battery good?

Is bluetooth working? I need it daily as I drive for a living.

Fashed this ROM last night, it's fast. Wi-fi and mobile data seems working well. But I can't find any Google apps, even no Google play, have no idea how install my apps?

Gapps should be installed with separate package.
btw: Camera is not working, or the "Galery"-App. I get a FC. What should I do?
Really a nice ROM

Camera is at the moment one of the bugs. See the second post from blindndump. A third party camera also don´t work.
@ palej: Do you have flashed the GAPPS zip from blindndump´s website? It´s the link below the download link for the rom. If you flash these package you also have the prefered gapps.

Wow,looks really great, looking forward for a review, can' t flash now because i' m at work.

Wifi hotspot does not work (trying to enable wifi).
Camera does not work ("Gallery has stopped" - seems like easy fix.)

if I'm not mistaken, this needs to be activated from settings - interface - notification widget - widget buttons
Bugs so far
1. settings - performance - processor voltage - error getting values
2. buttons too bright
3. too many settings for screen rotation
settings interface - rotation & animaton
settings - display
setings - launcher - general
4. GPU acceleration option in
settings - advanced testing - build.prop settings
and
settings - developer options
Which should be activated?
Best ICS Rom but lags speedy performance
It's almost a fully working stable rom with no FC's but not fast means that its a little bit lagy
If the performance has been optimized then : it's a keeper and suitable for everyday use
Thanks for sharing and support

Then those lib files can match cause they are both from 4.0.4
so you can port Codename 2.0.0 using Epy 06/04 ?

No...
Epsylon no have HWA his library is rare... no have 4.0.4 to quarx update his CM9
So when Quarx releases 4.0.4 nightly we can have Codename 2.0.0 ?
Tried this one today, but it kept rebooting spontaneously, System UI kept crashing. So I went back to the ROM I was at before. Will try next version when available

► A.O.S.P P.A.R.A.D.I.S.E
I present to you AOSP Paradise a collection of aosp roms for the even lasting all defying Motorola Defy (+)
These Roms are ported using the android source code that is freely available to everyone
First of all I would like to see thank you to all people that make these awesome roms I have ported and
also for making the source for these roms available within their work these roms would not exist
The benefit of using source code is that I can the latest updates everytime unlike if it was a zip-port
where not every update will boot.
I have done all this without a bit of programming knowledge just long hours searching the web,
using my brain comparing files etc to present this to you..... So take it easy with the bug reports and stuff
Remember Am not a dev so please don't spam me with dev-like questions
(I will help with anything else I actually know) in pm. Thank you.
Credit and Thanks :
Defy CM Team - For their work on the device & vendor tree which I use in my ports.
Quarx - huge thanks on guiding me on how to properly merge stuff, answering my questions
The CM team for their awesome work
Team Kang for their rom and work
PottKopp for being awesome friend, tester and support
Brajesh.sharma87 for making me not give up and supporting my knowledge and kind words
Blechd0se for the Kernel

If you use my work as your base rom please give some credit to me for my hours on working on this -
I mean it's only fair after the work I have done and don't forget to give original credits to the people
above for making the roms and providing the source code in the Spirit of android.
Some Ground rules -
- Instead of posting asking which rom is better try them all yourself as only you can made that decision in the end this is why am offering choice
-Read the OP before asking as your answer is probably there. It's only fair you do some work also
All Roms except Salad Bar use Quarx2k custom kernel so only one build is needed that's
why there is only one build for both devices. So mb526 build is for All versions of Defy, & Defy+.
Installation for noobs(2nd_boot)
If coming from CM10 or other JB based roms you can attempt to flash without data wipe but it's recommend to full wipe to avoid any problems that will probably happen as a result of not wiping data
1.Boot into recovery
2. Nandroid backup incase you don't like it or something explodes
3. Full wipe data and cache
4. Wipe dalvik cache
5. Flash rom
6. Flash minimal gapps(optional) - http://quarx2k.ru/gapps-jb-20120726-minimal.zip
7. Flash Gapps and select the gapps apps you want to update as minimal is outdated(optional) - Aroma Gapps
8. Flash Kernel (Optional)
9. Wipe cache and Dalvik for safe measure
10. Reboot and Enjoy ^_^
Flashing gapps this way will lead to more space in /system as supposed to just flashing full gapps from goo.im.
Please if you have questions search first before posting I don't want this thread to be spammed with questions that have already been answered.
We don't want this to become another CM thread . Thank you for your Co-operation & Enjoy ^_^
F.A.Q
1. Do all roms include Quarx Kernel?
A. Yes, all roms expect salad bar which is ICS based use Quarx's custom kernel using a process called inline kernel buliding.
Meaning the kernel is built when compiling.

PACman All in 1 ROM !!!
NEWS
Due to a request from PA Team to take down ParanoidPreferences, from v16.1.0 forward I exclude ParanoidPrefereances.apk from the ROM.
But the framework still support it, so if you still want to use PA settings, then get it somewhere else & use it at your own responsibility.
Do not put a link to ParanoidPreferences, apk in this thread !!! do it somewhere else.
To all porters & compilers, please strip down your rom, remove ParanoidPreferences.apk from there.
Use the new Setting.apk to prevent FC when there is no ParanoidPreferences.apk inside the ROM
[Info:]
I discontinue build AOSP+CM version & AOKP version, in exchange :
Ray Jellybean 4.1.2 P?*+Aokp+Cm = PACman
* = PA ready only
ROMs were compiled from source, still based on AOSP+CM source codes
They are considered as a BASE ROM, there won't be much theming & features inside them yet.
You may use & modify these ROM to create your advanced ROM freely.
Want to compile it by your self?
NOw PAC rom is open source, anybody now can compile it from source.

We also welcome to everyone that interest and want to contribute at PAC github project

Is there any option to Disable the on screen navigation button.....!!
Or is there any method for that coz I dont want that always enabled.
^^ 1st post says that there's a toggle to turn Nav bar on/ off.

Yes it is really confusing
The camera extras include focus setting, color effect and anti banding. Codename said that the HDR features are built into the camera app and framework but just havent been implemented yet! Cant wait, pictures will pop out of the screen when they are. Hope this helps?

As you said I think it's a combination between cm and aokp. Actually there are features from both. The start up tweaks don't work well, after a reboot they turn off. The smoothness is fine, maybe because of some tweaks. The voltage control doesn't work either because of the kernel used.
I would say that it's pretty similar to the cm9 experimental rom but with better battery results for me (this varies a lot depending on the user). So there's not so much difference but I like the combination because I like AOKP customization.

General Info & Introduction
Android Open Source Project: Or in short AOSP. Android is an open-source software stack created for mobile phones and other devices. The Android Open Source Project (AOSP), led by Google, is tasked with the maintenance and further development of Android. Many device manufacturers have brought to market devices running Android, and they are readibly available around the world.
Rooting: Android rooting is the process of allowing users of smartphones, tablets, and other devices running the Android mobile operating system to attain privileged control (known as "root access") within Android's subsystem. Rooting is often performed with the goal of overcoming limitations that carriers and hardware manufacturers put on some devices, resulting in the ability to alter or replace system applications and settings, run specialized apps that require administrator-level permissions, or perform other operations that are otherwise inaccessible to a normal Android user.

Is this JB 4.2.2 for Note2, like the one in S4?
What I did noticed is that when taking a picture with the camera and trying to view it with swiping to the left a blank screen is shown. However when opening the gallery you can see the picture.

I have a very easy question to solve ...
I understand that for 3g nexus 7, the file you have to download and flash is "CNA-PRE5.KKSSW2-Nexus7-3G.zip". it gives me error that file to flash, I have downloaded several times, the file appears to be correct, but to install TWRP through MultiROM, either as a primary or secondary gives me an error.
Instead, I flashed the version "CNA-PRE5.KKSSW2-Nexus7.zip" and it works correctly, except that I do not have 3g ... xD
you can explain me if I'm doing something wrong or does not support MultiROM?
thanks

Flashes 3G version without any problems.
Btw, there seems to be no immersive mode or "full screen mode" (can't remember the right name for it). Is that correct? As for now, what I had tried so far seems to be working fine.
Edit:
Checked boxes in Interface, Power Menu and Status Bar, when I select any of it, it will not stick.
