Running latest ICS Hydro rom and notice the browser settings reset themselves once in a while for no reason. Homepage goes back to asus.com, favorites are deleted and history is erased. Happened twice so far.
Anyone else confirm this?

Yes, using it....duhh didnt think about it...is there the need for it on JB? Did they fix the IO issues?

The i/o got a boost, still not up to par with other devices. I still have browser2ram installed though and I've been using Chrome more lately.

is there a way to see all my emails in the app.
At the moment i can see only the mails from the last month.
Sent from my ASUS Transformer Pad TF300T using XDA Premium HD app
Seems like we can't.. so what I did was extract the AOSP email app (4.1) and install in our tabs. Works a treat!
Requires root though..
Also, it breaks the Asus email widget.. but everything else works fine and you can get all email instead of just the last month.

thx for these information, i will give it a trie.
After installing the latest patch I noticed there is a folder called ASUS Bookmarks in the Chrome Mobile Bookmarks folder. I would love to delete them, but it seems to be impossible.
What's up with that? Totally uncool Asus!
Sent from my ASUS Transformer Pad TF700T using xda premium
This happened on my tf300t. I would love to know if this is possible.
Disable com.android.providers.partnerbookmarks app and restart Chrome. That fixed it for me.

Good job!
How many times do you guys have to power cycle a day?
Sent from my ASUS Transformer Pad TF700T using XDA Premium HD app
I do it about once a day but only because Dark Meadow has an annoying problem of not loading the textures correctly upon starting (white flashing light). Rebooting fixes it, albeit temporarily.
i don't have this tablet but i'd never reboot any devices unless i have to (for reasons like not responding, must reboot to have more ram to play games)
Maybe once a week.
None required with every day use for a hour or more
I only rebooted when testing SIO and CIFSmanager. Can't get CIFS to work
quite often when I had my Prime, most of the time it did it automatically.
Not at all with my infinity.
Did you install the latest firmware update?
Pulse is not working properly and the launcher always need to freeze..

My always freezes, it doesnt stop shooting, the screen start flickering and shooting until it crashes.

I haven't rebooted my tablet or phone in like a week. I'll regularly do it when working with them a lot, but in normal usage I don't need to reboot it.
Rebooting your devices is good though, it helps reset things, I think the dalvik is the main issue.

just recently i have been getting random reboots... i think it may be due to the cpu sleeper app, as it is the only root app i have installed other than browser2ram that actually runs on a daily basis.
i just recently got this message after it rebooted...
apparently i can't attach files.
Sent from my ASUS Transformer Pad TF300T using XDA Premium HD app
UPDATE: since removing the app, I haven't had any issues. I have sent eugene373 (the dev) a PM regarding my problems.

yay triple post - but that's the message i got.
WTF.

I guess you should do a factory reset, try googling the error see what you come up with.

i'm not going to pin it to the cpu sleeper app, but i think it may be affecting it.
i have had to do a factory reset before, but I'm just thinking and i realized that i was running the app last time too...

Has anyone else had this? The dock just stops responding sometimes and doesn't respond to any inputs. It doesn't happen often but when it does it's annoying. It requires me to disconnect and then reconnect the dock again. Also, do people find a slight lag with the cap locks key or is that just me?
Sent from my ASUS Transformer Pad TF300T using xda app-developers app
Bump
Sent from my ASUS Transformer Pad TF300T using xda app-developers app
Also, does anyone find that the youtube app is slow to start? There is a certain definite delay when clicking the app and it actually launching for me. Been there before the jellybean update too and i still have the same issue
Sent from my ASUS Transformer Pad TF300T using xda app-developers app
I dont use youtube. To get rid of the lag with the dock, i had to slash updste a and then add ons, assuming your on hydro jb
Sent from my ASUS Transformer Pad TF300T using XDA Premium HD app
Nah, I'm on stock ROM and unrooted. It's just the youtube app when i launch it, whether i have the dock connected or not. Theres a definite delay
Sent from my ASUS Transformer Pad TF300T using xda app-developers app

Sent from my ASUS Transformer Pad TF300T using XDA Premium HD app
It happens when i select it from the app drawer as well
Sent from my ASUS Transformer Pad TF300T using xda app-developers app
Ehh youtube has its own issues with JB as does every app not optimized for it, yet.

It happened on ICS as well.
Does anyone find that the email app doesn't work? It gets stuck on "syncing" for me and just stays like that.
Also, might as well ask, is the Caps Lock Key on the keyboard dock a bit slow for everyone? Meaning that there is a delay and it isn't as fast as Windows.
Sent from my ASUS Transformer Pad TF300T using xda app-developers app
Also, on an unrelated note, would a dead pixel show even when the screen is off? I can see it whilst the light is shining on it.

I've had the problem with the dock not responding; at least the touch pad. What I do is disable and enable the touchpad and the cursor will appear and then all is well.
