doesnt matter who you are... the community is meant for sharing and helping....... and ya abt the card... well there are different types of class of cards when you go above in terms of memory(eg: 8gb size, 10 gb size):silly:.. like.. and i guess the class determines the write speed and reading speed of the mem card.. ... oh.. n if 10gb class 10 is costly u can buy an 8gb... ...

Thnx for the support

Slow MICROSD transfer rate... CM7

Hi guys!
I have a 8 Gb microsd (transcend - class 6) and the write / read speed rarely goes above 1 Mb/s.... :s My rom is CM7 and my phone is HTC Desire.
There is some reason for that?

It's a known issue with CM7. Multi mount speeds transfers immensely.

isnt there a more easy way just as with the iphone to make a link folder? thats a folder that actually links to another folder, so i can point out one on the sd card?
EDIT:
your gameloft patcher is for the optimus 2x and does not support the optimus 3d. we need another solution.

It's recommended that you use that tool. You could if you wanted to. Make sure you are using the new layout of XDA to access the "Thanks Button". If you are, you should see my signature pointing to it .

Hi,
I heared that most of the SD Cards are incompatible for installing android on the hd mini. I would recommend you a Kingstone micro sd card Class 4 or higher. Format is with sd formatter 3.1 full erease and it will work for you!

need help about this swapper????

has anybody used dis or can tell me wat is dis app......sorry i dont understand its description.........the link is
https://market.android.com/details?...wxLDEwOSwib3JnLmF6YXNvZnQuZnJlZS5zd2FwcGVyIl0.
pls reply i think dis is good
Its a sd card swap app.Im not sure if it supports our phone.Wait for a senior dev. He'll b able to explain more.
Sent from my GT-I9003 using XDA App
It swaps your internal sdcard with external sdcard.
Means our phone's got 1.52gb internal sd card mem. And say your external's got 8gig.
If you swap, you would have 8gb internal, and 1.52 external.
We got a mod for this. Search around.

Sarcasm, one if my biggest pet peeves is using the proper word. Sorry
some countries are more limited in how many letters are allowed per sms. even though they're using a smartphone and posting online instead of sms, they're probably in the habit of saying things like "f u" instead if "if you" (I learned that from having a wife from the Philippines )
============================
have you checked out the size of the app? are you worried about how much space it takes up? how easy is it to revert to stock? why would you prefer the app to a tried, tested, and flawlessly working mod of the original file?
