Okay everyone have been working on this theme for a few weeks now on my tablet. Took me a while to get it done on a tablet but have just been so busy with everything else couldn't really get around my dev machine. But think this is very good for an initial release. This theme is a compilation of other themes as well as what has been included in my Sensation/Kindle fire and Iconia A500 roms. I am not trying to steal any ones else's work by using your icons, am just trying to make a good looking and very thorough theme. By all means if other themers would like to use my Aroma Installer for your theme, you are welcome to.
This is a none version specific mod as it uses Villain Theme System to install the theme.
Tested with CWM 6.0.2.1 touch and TWRP 2.2.2.1 and both work smoothly.
The apps that are themed by vrtheme are backed up to /sdcard/vrtheme-backup. So if you want you can use them to revert any app you would like.

INSTALL STEPS
1 Reflash or install Synergy Rom
2 Install EyeCandy
3 No need to wipe cache cause I did that for you so just reboot
4 Upon boot up if status bar is gone, let it sit for a few min and then reboot. That fixes it 9 out of 10 times. That remaining time I am not sure why some users have issues.

I have not tried that recovery. I have only used 6.0.1.0. May need to look into that one.

I pretty much only run Synergy so I have not tested with any others. In theory it should.

I am not sure if this is the reason why it doesn't flash anything but the last option which is the clock option. It gives you two centered clock options and not an option for neither center clocks , which I didn't want so I didn't check either box and then it next. Could that have been the option?

Both of those options will install a new SystemUI.apk before the vrtheme runs. If neither option is selected then vrtheme will just mod the one that is already in /system/app.
I just changed my Recovery to 6.0.1.0 and it still doesn't work. Very strange. It's gotta be an aroma issue. Too bad I really wanted to try this

I just downloaded with 6.0.10 with no problems. I am on beans rom build 8, IMO .1 beta kernel. Very nice setup!!!

Okay so I updated to CWM touch 6.0.1.2 and reflashed Synergy and the the theme and it worked. But I then tried again without selecting a clock mod and the installer stops where that install option in script is. Then just pops up the next button. So something is wrong with that. Aroma should just move past if those options are not selected. But instead just throws in the towel. Sorry about that. Its not you......its me. Will get that fixed as soon as I can.

Nope still doesnt work.
These are the options i pick after selecting eyecandy theme
1. keyboard only checked, the rest unchecked
2. Battery mods - only one checks is the big digital number battery the rest are unchecked
3. I left both options for center clocked unchecked
Try these options and tell me if it works for you.

I'll recolor the 80% to 100% icons so they match the theme sometime very soon; Plus nexus bootanim.zip; sometime in the next few days, i just made an update though.

I'm getting boot loops...I've been flashing it with cmr but i'm constantly getting boot loops
Everybody remember to clear out both cache and dalvik-cache (under advanced) before rebooting?
And be aware, the first boot takes the very longest. As long as the boot screen doesn't actually loop to the beginning, I would wait. And post your wait times here if applicable.

i've flashed it with no problems but that may not mean much coming from the guy who made it....I updated this rom about 4 times in one day and i did that with three others as well so there is a possibility i messed something up.... i'll try and flash the uploaded copy again just to make sure i didn't miss anything
EDIT: i just flashed it again after a dalvik cache and cache partition clear and it booted up perfectly fine for me. I'm not sure what your issue is I need more testers.
EDIT: tried downloading the .ZIP from the server and that flashed fine as well so it's not a corrupt upload either.

thanks! not sure if its faster than stock yet, but it doesnt show africa anymore! looking forward to trying ur rom once i know its safe
For anybody who's wondering, I'm running this as my default ROM and am very pleased with it. The kernel makes your phone overclockable but I don't think it's enabled by default.
The only bad thing about the look and feel, I just realized today, is that the dialer is not themed! Oh no!
Also, have you included b_randon14's mod in. this?

Good Call! LOL I'll get right on it there will be a patch for themed dialer and green battery icon later tonight.
Then later, later tonight the ROM will get re-uploaded with icon changes & b_randon14's MOD's i was just waiting for his permission to use his work.

Weird, I never much minded the dialer, probably because the Swype I was running uses a blue trace line (although it is otherwise white on black like the rest of the phone). Looks like the new Triumph is as sexy as possible now!

Make sure you download the correct version for your rom! This is a collection of my themes that will work on ICS and Jelly Bean Touchwiz roms for the VZW GS3. This uses the Aroma installer and VRtheme engine in order to make all of the themes compatible for all of the available Touchwiz roms. Tested on my phone using the latest Twrp and it worked perfectly on a fresh install of the ROM. Thanks for the info though con in case anyone has issues! Might have to switch to cwm touch for a while

Well then disregard my statement about that then. There is a good chance the issue was fixed in later versions of TWRP or the theme engine.
Hit me up if you want some help checking if the user has lidroid toggles included in their ROM before any lidroid-dependent parts are applied.

Yeah it has been fixed I have been playing around with the vrtheme on mine tonight. I had this exact same idea when I was work today about doing an aroma installer with my different theme colors all included in one download. Im hoping with using the vrtheme I can make one version of my themes for all twbased roms, instead of differnt ones per rom. It worked on my rezound so hope it will on this phone.
Theme set number one, including Blue Steel, Black Pearl, and Red October are up. If you are coming from one of my other themes, this will work best on a clean rom install. I had issues where my status bar disappeared when I installed it over my theme. If you install it and it doesn't work, chances are that you'll need to have a fresh install of the rom. Nope. Wallpaper is separate. They'll be in the third post of this thread when I make more. For now you can go to the original theme thread and find it. They're all locked, but you can still download the walls.

Theme looks good so far, however I would wipe your data before flashing it, as it boot looped me the first time but after a wipe and reflashing the deodexed rom, then tb's tmods, and then this with reboots in between it worked well.

And if you want to make it seem like you have jellybean with this theme you could edit the build.prop version to 4.2.1 I believe that's the newest version of android.

so i finally flash the jelly bean theme and you did a great job! many apks are themed. your latest beta is the only one so far.
couple buggy things are the scroll highlight might give seizures
and the size of the keyboard, is it suppose to be small like that?

I think I know what causes the highlight when scrolling ill look at it today and see
The keyboard isn't supposed to be that small ill replace it with a better one in my next update
I haven't looked ur files yet but when that happened on my theme it was in colors.xml, the black=was changed to ics blue so any apk that called on android=black, it was blue.
Keyboard is usable don't get me wrong

I loved this theme only problem was it would sometimes lock up in the messaging screen. Also it would not ring and was very buggy when receiving phone calls. I am sorry I do not have a log to share, I'll work on trying to figure out how to get error logs. I really liked the theme though.

The theme seems to work fine, just very slow and laggy. I have not had any FC yet though and that is a good thing. I now have Groove IP on the phone and have it as a wifi backup.

It was pretty quick prior to install after install of theme it was not responding as fast. I did not do any addition debloat except to install eg04 deo.zip that is what was running prior theme.

Do you ha e tbs mods flashed on top? When I used this on my continuum it wasn't laggy and seemed to be very responsive. When I was running it I had the deflated and deo eg04 rom, then the mods for eg04 and then this flashed on top. Also upon install I wiped dalvic cache. Not sure if any of that may make a difference but it's worth a shot. You could also try wiping data in cwm and see if that helps.

This theme is a port based on MotoMoto00's 4.1.1/4.1.2 Jellybean Theme for the International I9300 SGS3. Many new aspects and Icons themed, mods and Inverted apks added. I did the code work and JLyle did the Gimp work.
Note: This is VRTheme. Make sure all Market apps are updated prior to flashing or will have to do again to get Icons and mods.There are gapps and apps that have custom Icons in App Drawer. These must stay in system when apps are updated to maintain custom Icons. Or you can install update to system app as long as maintain original apk name that is there now. Inverted Team Blackout apps can be updated at anytime using Team Blackouts app found in the Play Store. If the inverted app has a custom Icon can rerun main theme to replace it. Don't pick app again in Aroma and don't delete the app that is in system/app.

Yes. Just flash in recovery. VR allows us to swap single files in apk instead of of building the complete apk. It is same way Andy and the other devs add the battery and toggle mods. If we had to add every full APK we modded, the theme would be larger than the rom.

Wipe dalvic and cache is always good. If don't update apps will have 2 run again to get all the icons. Everything is defaulted to no change so when do mods the first time can keep what came on rom. If change mod the next time you pick no change it will keep what you picked. Mod changes are pretty fast. Original flash takes a while as we mod almost every apk. If want a black app that has been updated just uninstall update in app management and will get older black version with custom icon if it has it.
somewhat I feel rude to ask if your going to add for cleanrom. I love obsession and others, I flashed many. my love saw that theme, she want it so bad on her phone running cleanrom, I told her not to get her hopes high. if your not, then its my job to convince her and to change to different rom for her that work with your theme.

For those that are running a rooted rom but don't care for the stock battery, here is an option for adding the 3Minit battery Mod. I also have a zip that has a really nice Bootanimation as well as custom status bar icons included. None of these icons is my work. It is just a compilation of icons I have used on my phone since way back when I had a Galaxy S4. Big thanks to pas2001 for his great bootanimations and Data / WiFi icons. I'm not positive who made the rest of the icons but big thanks to you as well. Of course the battery Mod would not be possible if it wasn't for Gunthermic who spent so much time and effort in deodexing his Rom so Huge thanks to him. Don't forget to hit the thanks button when you download his Rom. Big thanks to the 3Minit Development Group for this great Mod (of whom pas2001 is a part of with many of his own battery icons. This dude is a seriously super themer and great guy). An example of the status bar icons and one of the custom batteries is attached. I have sucessfully flashed these on two different Odexed roms. You will need to go into your systemui.apk before or afterwards and delete out the odex files in the arm folder.
Flash these at your own risk. I am not responsible for anything that happens to your phone. Use Flashfire utilizing the Zip option.
BEFORE FLASHING THE 3MINIT MODS, YOU NEED TO DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL THIS 3MINIT APK. OTHERWISE YOUR SYSTEMUI WILL CRASH. This will get you the stock 3Minit battery icon. To get the rest of them you will need to download the 3Minit Battery apk from the playstore.

Flashed the zip for the battery and clock mods on gunthermic's stock deodexed but got systemui not responding message constantly.

You had to install this file first https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24052804347766363 then flash one of the zips. I did the same thing yesterday, ended up using Odin to reset and then rerooted again. It was the only way I could get around it.

I just redownloaded and flashed on both his roms and it worked fine. Did you install the 3minit apk first?
Edit: I have amended the above instructions and put in bold that you must install the 3minit apk first.

You have to install the one I provided first. Then you can install the one from the playstore. Please uninstall the playstore one before you try again.

I installed the 3minit from the Playstore. It was a real pain as i had a PIN code enabled. Somehow I was able to bypass the PIN screen and worked my way painfully back into Flash fire and dirty flashed the ROM.

You still need to install the one I posted first, the one in the store is just to be able to download and change to new battery icons. The one I linked is the main one you need to get it working.

Sorry for the confusion. The apk that is provided doesn't appear as a normal app. It embeds itself into your system and gives you one custom battery as a default. You will not see an app in your app drawer. Then, you can download the one from the playstore to get additional battery icons.

Is this completely separate from the 3minit Settings for the S6? If so, does anyone know if there is a way to get the 3minit settings to work on a Verizon S6? From what I have read, the settings framework is not compatible with either of the deodexed ROMs available for the Verizon S6 (but I can't confirm anything).

I followed the op and it worked on my Verizon s6... (OE2 debloated deodex ROM)
I downloaded the apk. then in file explorer opened and installed apk. then installed 3minit app from play store.
Battery icons galore!

I'm sure someone would have to modify the framework, but it would be very nice to see. Used to love having it on my s4. There's so much customization with the "settings" app that would open a whole new world of customization for us s6 users.
