[Q] Where should I post my question?

Hi all! I have a question regarding beginning a new android application, one that would require a lot of help from other programmers. I'm pretty new to XDA and recently have posted valid questions but in incorrect forums.
Just wondering, should I post this new question in Android/Chef Central or Android/Software Development?

Hi guys! I have a smart watch YZ-487 from ITL. I can tell that its not as open as android are. Do you guys know or making any OS or ROM for that smart watch. Any contribution would much gladly appreciated
