Hello! What is this?
That looks bad man ....

This is a warranty case?
In the picture are two different phones.
That could just be dust under the screen being illuminated, however this IS a common problem.

At this spot a white background looks darker.
I have exactly same problem like first picture, exactly same place and same lines ,so i dont believe it is dust. But I'm glad for some ideas people ? ;(
I also have the same problem in the sane exact spot. I've learned to ignore it as much as possible. Its definitely not dust though.

i want to get the HTC One X and unlocking it to tmobile.. is it possible to use tmobile's 4G on the phone?
From what I have read edge is about all you're gonna get. If you want a one that bad, get a one s , I hear its pretty much on par, or close to our x , except for the screen of course.

can't play my geetahr with out a geetahr string!
Yeah get the one s if you want tmobile 4g. Its the same device spec wise and the screen is pretty awesome still since its amoled

I have them both. The one S is cool except the screen. You can see the pixels. I was thinking it would be like notes screen not the case.

I'd love the One X with a ceramic back.
Honestly I'd trade my phone any day for a one s if the data would work on AT&T. It's a much nicer size (as a phone).

To each his own, but I think the One S is gorgeous, on par or just slightly below our One X.
Its one of those each has own place deals. Polycarbonite vs aluminum huge vs pockable amloed vs LCD both are amazing and feel great I like the one x but I'm a big guy big hands

Slithered from my HTC One X+

One X and one X+ have same housing. Only a strip of protruding plastic will need to be shaven off on the one x to fit on a one x+. I've done it.
Also, where can I find OEM housing for one x+? I rather have the one x+ housing as well.

If anyone braves it mind sharing a video and pictures? I LOVE the X+'s housing and the feel
here is the white one too http://www.ebay.com/itm/Battery-Bac...830?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3a7d8b1bf6
There's a cheaper onex+ back at etrade supply.

I bought a used but in MINT condition HTC One X, and noticed that it doesnt have the serial numbers on the back as other... why is that? It is a One X because it has all the software, and the AT&T logo in the front underneath the glass(ugh).
Does anyone else have one like this? It does have the HTC logo embedded the FCC Logo, the Beats Logo, but that weird information in gray that others do.

Maybe it was a test model or review model or something? who knows. All the info should be in the bootloader.
Its there but just weird..... Oh well I thought it was normal until I saw more and more ...

I have an AT&T version, purchased about a week after the phone's release. The back doesn't have a serial number. The back has the the Beats logo, of course the HTC logo, and in gray (almost impossible to read in my office lighting):
FCC symbol
Do not throw in garbage symbol
Model #
FCC ID
[email protected]
SKU
PN
Made in Taiwan
It had a sticker on it originally, with the IMEI, and I believe SN. But I took that off almost immediately.
Serial number is in the about section where you would go to check for update, also in bootloader

Imo the one X/one XL is the better phone. It has enough power to game and has better battery life. I'd tell him to shove it.

That tegra quad core is crap anyways. Also check out the x+ forum, its not exactly thriving in development. Probably htc's worst selling phone in its history

Wait, the x+ is worst than the one x? That sounds funny. Kind of line iPhone 4 better than the 4s (sorry for all the iPhone comparisons, coming from a bunch of apple products)
Anywho, with the right set up, it could be one of the best phones. But like everyone else says, look in settings > about phone. Also I believe it is in the boot loader. But I still have the sticker, but I have an otter box case

Depends on what you value in a mobile device. If battery life and effeciency is important, then it is the one XL all the way.

Well that should be any mobile user. But I could be wrong. It just seems weird to put out a device when it sucks. To me it seems the only reason was to market jelly bean on an HTC phone on AT&T.

I was wondering if it is possible to turn the htc logo (below the screen) into a touch button. This was possible with the original One M7 and so i was wondering and hoping it was possible to do it with this phone. Any info, links and help would be great! thanks in advance:laugh::good:
I don't even think that it is a button on the one mini, so no i don't think you can.
