unrecognized device error

hey guys
when i connected my tab to laptop it says" unrecognized device the device has malfunctioned or windows might have not recognized it "
i tried many methods like
1. changing the "connect as " to MTP
2. I tried with the toothpick trying to lift the tongue of the usb slot of my device and still not connecting
3. I also tried connecting the device with other system but still the device is getting unrecognized
any solution guys i need help :crying:

Switch on WiFi when you connect to the computer.

Mmh, seems like an hardware issue, send it to Samsung

Have you drivers installed if not try installing kies

I give this answer a lot: Try another cable. One of the data connections has broken, which lets you still charge but breaks the USB I/O.

[Q] Usb Not Recognized

Hi I have a galaxy fit running on creed's rom 4.0 and i now want to get back to the stock rom.
When i connect my usb cable to pc it just start charging and i cant access sd card and when im in download mode it doesnt show up in the id:com box. please help

Your PC USB port has malfunctioned. Do it on another PC or laptop(recommended).

Tried that too but i had no luck in that!

They are installed already. Is there any way of configuring usb settings in the phone except usb debugging?

Please Help !! .. my devise is GT-i8262 (samsung galaxy core dous)
When i am trying to connect the usb it dosen't show any thing on my devise like i am connecting a charger i changed the usb and on a nother computer but nothing is Different
and removed the usb driver and installed it again ..
:crying: now i cant back to the stock rom because of the usb

It's problem of ur Usb cable,try different csbles! If it doesnt work,then Reflash windows newly on computer & wait till driver recognition finishes.

but i think the problem is from my devise because it dosen't say any notification about the usb connected
and i replaced the usb and working on another devise

Then try connect to any other pc..unless flash windows again

[Q] My PC doesn't recognize any of my Devices

So it's been 1 Week since I reformatted my PC and after that day i tried to plug my device using USB and it shows a message saying "Driver software installation failed" and "Unknown Device - Installation Failed" Before plugging my device I already installed Samsung USB Drivers and KIES too but i dont know why my PC doesnt recognize my devices at all, in fact before my PC recognizes them. What should I do? Help me please its been a week and I do a lot of research still I can't fix this problem thanks.
Im using S3 Mini - Cynogenmod 11.0

Since you reformatted your pc, did you reinstall all the motherboard drivers? Sounds like the usb drivers could be missing.

[Q] No USB connection :(

so any USB connection is not working on my LG 4X on fresh installed stock soft [4.1.2]. On PC i got message ,,failed to install MTP usb device'' etc
Also i dont know how to turn on debbuging mode, maybe this will help? I click 7 times on compilation version and all it do is some jelly on screen (?)
I tested 2 usb cables and all usb ports on my computer what to do now?
I also installed LG PC suite and LG usb drivers from LG site.
Please help guys i need to put some porn on my phone :/

Yep : camera/MTP/pc suite/charging
But still i cant connect to PC by any way, of course charging work but nothing else.

Just to be on the safe side. Have you checked using another computer?

I cant try it on another computer right now :/
I got new cable and still when connect it via MTP i got information from PC suite i dont got this drivers :

But i cant install them... like i said “this update is not applicable to your computer”

And another info : when im trying to instal MTP drivers via lg pc suite i got error, even if device is disconnected.

Okey so on another computer also on windows 7 x64 usb connection working fine, so what the F... is the problem here?
