I think the issue is down to mismatch of radio or kernels. Im having the same issues myself since flashing viper. Flashed Kang 10 jellybean and wifi was restored for an hour but back to same now. Just tried latest ruu and completely factory wiped but lost rev in hboot now just says locked. ThinknI have to flash the radio again to use adb commands. Really frustrating though.
Some guidance from someone with a bit of wit would be perfect

Ahhhh alright let me give that certain version a try after I try Viper. Because I see Viper already has that fix in there.

Used to have same issue, were wifi loose connection.
Been testing MikroSense rom, and last 2 days it seems to keep wifi all the time. No more dropping wifi connection. So if you plan to try out some difference roms, try that one.

Used bricked kernel during installation.
Kernel:
3.0.36-Bricked-3.0-v1.4-g67d3c72
Firmware:
Code:
[[email protected] android]$ ./fastboot getvar version-main
version-main: 3.33.401.106
Does it turn off when your screen turns off and does it come back on when turn the screen back on if so check your settings in WiFi and tick stay awake so your WiFi will stay connected even when your screen is off

So Im about to install the latest version of ARHD and I know there is a recommended radio but I read through some posts on that page stating that if your on TMOUS then that radio doesn't give the best speeds battery ect. What radio would everyone recommend? BTW This is my first rom im going to flash on my Sensation and I want a good daily driver.
Same here bro, I flashed the ARHD 4.1.3, tried 4.1.4 even the XE with beats, my signal has gone from good to bad after i flashed the suggested radio and im on Tmobile US. I was thinking of just going back to stock and root my phone to remove all the bloatware. Speed on the ARHD and the stock out of the box rom for me seems to be almost the same, i cant even really say if the speed has been upgraded when i flashed ARDH...and not to mention the "LAG" arhd has on my phone. Maybe its me who made a mistake on the steps of flashing, but anyhow ill just might go back to bare stock out of the box til i can find a good rom that will give me a good signal and better speed plus the sense feature.
The 10.56 radio and the 169 ril should give the best performance in the US
Edit: the nrg ROM is pre configured for us, and is crazy fast and smooth

What he means is if you didn't notice there are 2 versions of the rom an XE and Sensation version.
Read the notes on the changelog and mike comments that the issue is resolved in the newest 6.2.1 version of the XE build which is based on 3.25 and not the normal Sensation build which is still 3.24.

Hey guys,
Installed arhd 6.4 yesterday and I'm having some issues with the mobile data. It is constantly uploading, and I can't go to google or load anything. Checked the apn settings for 3 ( my network) and they're all correct.
Anyone know what the problem is? Could it be solved by flashing a new radio?
Thanks

You could just follow: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1614617
Then you'd have full S-OFF, then any ROM you like )
Here are some RUUs you could try, including 3.33. Depends if your CID is "HTC__001" or SuperCID I guess.

Enable smart flash (4EXT - tools) just before flashing the ROM.. That will mostly do..
If you have wifi issues/not booting.. Then do the extra1 step from asskickers Flashing roms with SON guide.
If the wifi still persists after that too.. Then re flash the rom again.. Without any wipe this time.. But need to enable smart flash this time too before flashing the rom..

All the custom ROMs OP will detail the pre-requisites r.e. firmware. Make sure you read them.
I would still advise you go get full S-OFF if you can, I've recently done it on 1.27.0000 and the paper clip hack was a little bit of a pain to get the timing right but it did work. It makes life much simpler. You could then, for example, downgrade if required
NOTE: currently HBOOT 1.29.0000 cannot be S-OFF'd so do it while you can.

Fair enough, if I'm wrong I'm sorry. I had read somewhere that 1.29.0000 had issues being S-OFF'd and 1.27.0000 was the most recent one that could. Guess the information I based my statement on was wrong.

I have been looking high and low for a solution to my freezing problem but i still have no luck. My phone constantly freezes especially when watching Youtube videos. It would warm up freeze then reboot, but not a successful reboot, I would have to take the battery out and leave it to rest for a couple of minutes.
I'm not happy with this phone anymore, too much frustration for what my head can handle
