How to traslate a rom - come tradurre una rom

Hello everyone.
For the qtek 9100 lacks a 6.1 Roma in Italian.
Currently I am using a "TNT rom", which is very fast and stable, and I want to translate it in Italian language.

a quanto pare nn sanno come aiutarti! e nemmeno io! c'è un modo per tradurre il Manila in italiano, ma il resto del sistema operativo resta in inglese!

i don't think it's possible cause you need to modify the binaries...to make an italian rom you need italian OEM's to buid it..
non penso che sia possibile tradurre una rom come un semplice testo perchè c'è bisogno di modificare i binari degli eseguibili...per fare una rom in italiano hai bisogno degli eseguibili OEM in italiano...

conosco quanto mi indichi: quello che cerco è una rom base da cucinare personalizzandola a mio piacimento con i pacchetti che ritengo più appropiati alle mie esigenze.
La mameli, senza nulla togliere al fantastico lavoro di simon, purtroppo, ha un problema col sync BT, che io uso molto, e un consumo eccessivo di memoria RAM.

non richiedo una guida, perchè ho visto che nel forum c'è già,
ma siccome non riesco a scaricare le parti necessarie dai link che sono uppati su rapidshare, (ho problemi con quel sito, non mi fà scaricare nulla ma proprio nulla) chiedevo, quindi se possibile i link di un altro sito da dove scaricare i file perchè io non riesco a trovarli.
in quanto alle rom disponibili per il KS20, mi sapreste dare un elenco completo di quelle che esistono, e per favore raccomandandomi anche la migliore

Salve,chiedo scusa per il disturbo ma ho problemi a comprendere come funziona tutto.. Io stavo cercando di istallare un programma per sorvegliare telefoni ecc.. che richiede questo programma ma non riesco ad capire se è tutto giusto,come fare ad attivarlo ecc.. Ho cercato di seguire le indicazioni ma non mi compare nel cellulare nelle impostazioni ecc.. Come tecnologia cerco di cavarmela al meglio ma non sono un granché visto che sono autodidatta..In più non capisco una parola di inglese,solo italiano e questo spesso da problemi..Potreste gentilmente aiutarmi per favore? Ve ne sarei veramente grata.Arrisentirci
