I need good ROM for V21A baseband with 3D options. I was searching for a long time and can't find a thing. Anyone?
I am using xperia 3d rom. it's quite ok.

Which one? There is 1 thing which pisses me off. Always then my screen is off it disables wifi and connects my mobile data. I have only 500mb/mnth and because of that yesterday I got 15 pounds bigger bill then usual

2.7.1 that version runs over 2.1 A
But you'll have ghost calls for sure, but try the 2.8 with 21p baseband if you're in America if not You use 2.1e baseband and it's In think the best Rom so far.

Thanks for info. I my phone doesn't go to download mode so I can't rewrite different baseband. Or maybe it should be blank screen? Before I had o2x and it showed download mode.

Just go to the WiFi advanced settings and deselect the option for the WiFi to turn off when the screen goes off. You can choose WiFi sleep policy to "never" instead, which doesn't consume that much battery like many people think. It's quite the opposite:

Froyo, yikes. Update to gingerbread with kdz method asap. Froyo is slow and battery drain was diabolical.
Ignore the "no updates" rubbish, that's just your carrier who can't be bothered to give you any.

You are mucking up the forums with questions that have been answered over and over. Please use the search button. I think it's one of the rules (or at least it should be). Everything you need to know is in the dev section. Reading will make you more knowledgeable about your phone, its capabilities and this entire forum.

Good that you have rooted successfully.
21E baseband is the one that doesn't have the :GHOST CALLS" issue.
ROMs are sensitive to the baseband versions, so please be careful about te ROM you are trying out else you will face no network / boot loop / stuck on LG screen.
If you can flash Baseband 21E, then Promethius ROM 1.4 with Promethius Kernel v 1.4.5.1 ( please check for kernel versions with + and without + in the end) will give out the best battery life (as per my experience)
(He seems to be the only one active ROM developer left)

Ive tryed that rom a couple of time twice had no network signal and once stuck on lg screen bloody pain. I thought it was coz i was still running froyo but since on gb still wont work and for sum reason it wont flash the kernals all a bit of a blag for me so just on rooted stock rom now lol

You must be on GB and baseband 21e to use latest prometheus roms, and kernels.I think you can use Prometheus 1.3 rom with 1.3 kernel, and you will have signal.

Every time when i want to turn on wifi i can't, it won't work , first i have to reboot.when i go to wifi settings screen gets black, and after few mins everything ia fine but wifi won't work until i reboot.what to do?sorry for bad english.

discussed several times here. I had the same. It has gone after installing Acura 3DMAX v3 + KERNEL UNIVERSAL V3 FINAL by Acura too.
As i understand happens by low voltage on screen unlock. Then you block *wake on lan* and/or tiwlan_wq driver.

you can not.
try to put minimal MHz at about 300. use SetCPU. or try higher. you will reduce the hangings. but for me the Acura kernel did the job.
If you are on stk kernel it is already set to 300 minimum...you might take a look at your build.props. and check wifi scan interval setting change it to 30 if not already and see if it make a difference.

I had the same problem too on stock ROM v21E, that was only rooted...It doesn't happend every time but about every 10 - 15 attempt to turn on the WiFi. It was very annoying when I must restart my phone on that time to be able to use my WiFi again.Strange that after restart everyting works OK...I'm using custom ThiaiZO3D ROM now and I don't have that problem anymore. I think it's just kernel related...
I have the same problem too, when its on v21e（DNA3.3.3）. event the bluetooth does that too.
now i am on v20g（stock rom）. wifi problem gone. but the bluetooth still down occasionally.

also. phone is super laggy. not underclocking. just overclocked to 1000 a few seconds ago and still laggy. restarted phone, works fine but after a few hours problem reoccurs??

What's your complete setup? Rom, kernel, Max/min CPU?
Go into manage apps, see what's going on in there, stop any large/unnecessary programs.

I was on 2.3.3 and July baseband when I first got this phone, lag and horrible battery. 2.3.4 on March baseband smoothed out a lot of those issues for me.
I pair March 2012 baseband with latest CM7, better performance than any LG stock, for me anyways.

My results from the first day. Why does my radio use 50% of my battery...

Do you go to places where signal is low ? This might be the most important cause of that draining.

Did you try to flash a different baseband, different firmware, different builds ?
I attempted to flash a new rom before. But it bricked my phone. I luckily recovered from it. Its just so confusing flashing on LG...

Driver setup is a bit tricky at first but once it's done, it's done and you can use Fastboot, Flash Tool, .kdz flashing, whatever.

For some reason my blaze doesn't let me register T-Mobile network,,I thought maybe my phone was blacklisted but I checked my ime on a website that tells you if your phone is blacklisted and my ime checked out..supposedly my phone isn't blacklisted..so im totally clueless as to why it won't register,,any help please???

now, when you say it doesn't let you register on the T-Mobile network, what do you mean? No bars? What rom, kernel, and radio are you using?
I would ask t-mobile if it was blacklisted not some random website if your worried about that and did you try a different sim card?

Im running cm10 latest nightly..I've tried all the available radios...talked to tmo and they said asurion could have blacklisted it...if thats so,is there any way around it..I'm using lightning zap kernel..I'm having problems with network registration but the phone us able to detect the face that my calls are being forwarded..

I'm thinking i may need to go another route..if I could afford another phone I would byy another..but for now IMA have to try to figure out how to change the imei I'm guessing..I have an n1 also but the darn thing doesn't charge anymore..so I have two perfectly good phones and two very stressful problems...haha story of my life man...thanks for helping though

Well, this has happened to me before and a data/system/cache/dalvik format and then a reflash of CM 10 fixed the problem (IDK why but it did) Assuming you've already tried that I would flash back to a Samsung Official GB or ICS ROM and see if it works then.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING TO STOCK SAMSUNG-SGH-T769 OFFICIAL FIRMWARE
So first register at www.sammobile.com, then search SGH-T769 under firmware and download the August 2012 ICS or The Feb 2013 ICS Firmware, wait for the download to finish (took me 30 minutes) then extract which ever firmware zip you downloaded then using Odin click on PDA and select the .md5 file which is located in the extracted ICS Firmware Folder that you've downloaded from sammobile.com
Download the PIT file here

Click on PIT in Odin and then select the one downloaded from the link above
then make sure re-partition isn't checked and start the flashing process after it is done flashing and reboots you'll have stock ics to root it simply follow the instructions over at the root ics stock thread found here

This will flash a custom recovery and once the recovery is flashed using Odin reboot into recovery and flash the superuser.zip then you'll have Rooted Stock ICS Firmware
*BOOT LOOP MIGHT OCCUR*
To fix boot looping after flashing stock ICS just boot into stock recovery and wipe data and cache then reboot or on custom recover wipe cache and dalvik cache reboot and you're good to go.
