Adjust screen brightness with notification bar

anyone knows where can i find this mod for ics theme notification bar??
In the attachment can be seen how a brightness bar appears on the carrier logo....

ParanaoidAndroid: hide Notification bar in Tablet Mode?

Searched but couldn't find anything to that regard.
I am running paranoidAndroid 2.54 and I love the ROM. I use NOVA as my launcher and have/had set the gesture swipe up/down to show/hide notification bar. This works perfectly if the ROM is not in Tablet mode i.e, the notification bar is up top and not at the bottom. With tablet mode turned on, I couldn't find a way to hide the notification bar at all.
Does anyone know of a way that can be done? I just need a way to toggle the visibility of the notification bar when PA is running in tablet Mode and the bar is at the bottom.

Found it and feel stupid about it now. The Expanded Desktop in CM10 does the trick.

[Q] task bar transparent until I touch it

This only happens on main screen. I am running Liquidsmooth Jellybean 4.2.1, It started randomly tonight and I cannot find a fix for it. Restarted phone, uninstalled apps that could be causing problems with it. my task bar becomes transparent on the homescreen but when i touch it it becomes black again but when i let go it just becomes transparent. Do I need too reflash my rom or what?

Notification pull down mods

is there a way to put a bar like the brightness bar but for sound level in the Notification pull down?
It seems some of the Nav bars settings cannot be edited off the settings. Or am I wrong?
There's no Screen Capture shortcut in the Nav bar settings?
The LG G4 has a sliding bar that is faster than this.
Is there an apk for customizing the Notification bar etc?

Remove Brightness slider from notification shade

Is there any way to remove the brightness slider from the the notification shade? I have settings database editor, but I can't find the settings to remove the brightness slider anywhere

That's like a systemUI tweak maybe.
There's an app called SystemUI Tweaker. Maybe in there!.
Maybe substratrum + "substweaks" can do it.
