Whats up guys I just got my Atrix 2 for AT&T, rooted it and was using TB to remove some unwanted Bloatware. During this process I may have deleted something I shouldn't have. Whenever I attempt to view a contact (click on it) I get an error message "The Application Contacts Storage (Process com.motorola.contacts) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again." The thing is when I go to TB the Contact Storage App is still there but won't allow me to re-install it. I could really use the help guys, thanks.
did you delete yahoo stuff? Well I don't want to say "you should have frozen them first". hehehehe There is a list somewhere in the forum on what to freeze/ or delete but don't delete yet since there is no back up yet I think you can try to download "go contacts" see if that will help but you need Go launcher with it. Good luck.

Oops. Here ya go. It's called SecLiveWallpapersPicker.apk on the S III. Put it in your system/apps on your phone. Might have to set permissions and reboot after if using root explorer.
thanks
I didnt know the file name i needed.
that worked great!
I did not know if I deleted some system apps I would not be able to update the OTA.
So, before I apply the OTA for Jelly Bean I just downloaded, I need the files I deleted.
Can someone with the US version 9.4.3.30, please upload the files:
Kindle-OEM.apk
Netflix.apk
Vibe_CN.apk
ZinioReader.apk
Thanks a lot in advance!

Coming from SGS2 forums, I would have made a nandroid in CWM, then used TiBU or like to freeze apps.
Then you can nandroid back, or unfreeze to OTA.
I know this prolly didnt help after the fact, but hey....live and learn

Are you guys rooted and unlocked bootloader? If yes, just flash CM10, it's awesome and free of Asus bloatware.
Here is a complete thread on pretty much everything TF300.

I'm set and on JB. Asus has very little bloat. I run CM on my phone and love it but not much need on my TF. My boot loader is locked for warranty for now.

Files you requested
Here you guys go taken from a romtool box back up.. http://db.tt/lDHgrMSN There are 5 files in a zip named download.zip One of the apps you requested had two apk files. I'll leave it up for a couple days. Hope it helps!!!
Since you guys are a little further along with this for better or worse check out my post here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=30548064&postcount=63 your thoughts or opinion would be appreciated.
Hi guys,
I have an additional favour to ask. Like the OP, I'm locked and rooted and need the system files from US .30 to update to Jellybean. I overwrote Gmail, gms (google maps), email, email widget and exchange. Did it to get over the email limitations in the Asus email app. I made a backup with titanium but it seems to fail the checksum. Maybe cause of modified date on restore?
Anyway, long story short, could someone please upload the entire system/apps folder?
Or at least these files:
Email.apk & .odex
Exchange.apk & .odex
EmailWidget.apk &.odex
Gmail.apk
GMS_Maps.apk
Thank you so much guys! Really appreciate it!
UPDATE: Found the post and the files!
All system/apps from US .30

He posted the entire system bin folder in the post above yours. Or am i missing something?
EDIT: I missed something. that was another thread I was thinking about. I know someone posted the entire system bin. If I find that thread, i'll let you know.
After rooting my S3, I got a little over zealous uninstalling all the bloatware. As such, I mistakenly deleted the alarm clock (ya know, the one that works with S Voice). Does anyone have the apk for the stock touchwiz alarm clock? The only downloads I can find are modded versions ported for other phones.
Thanks in advance.
You should be able to download a stock rom and search the zip. Normally they are located in the \system\app directory. Make sure you match permissions with other system apps.

I downloaded "BeansStockR3.1". Since I am a new member, I can't post a direct link, but it was the only google result when searching for exactly that. Also, I PMed you a link directly to the ClockPackage.apk.

Do you mind PM'ing me a direct link to the ClockPackage.apk?! =D
I typically put all these apk's in a box or dropbox account. Comes in handy for sharing with friends n stuff.
Here's a dropbox for 4.0.4 ClockPackage

And if needed the 4.1.1 from JellyWiz Rom

Hi there, this is how i fixed my alarm problem
firstly download the clock apk relavent to your phone, i think that there are 3 different ones provided in this thread.
Secondly you need to download something from the play store called "Rom toolbox pro" its £3 but if you ask in the forums here someone can probably point you to a free one that does the same thing.
make sure your phone is rooted, install and run Rom toolbox pro. click on Root Browser, navigate to where you put the APK on your phone, copy and move it to root/system/app. Once you have moved the apk find it in the app folder, click and hold it for a couple of seconds. A menu should popup with options, click on "permissions" set them so they are like this. http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2pphiyo&s=6 If you are using a different app you will need to set your permissions accordingly, yet again im sure there is someone on here clever enough to help with that.
Now just restart your phone, the APK will run on boot.
These are the exact steps i followed and they worked for me. http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2h353dl&s=6
I hope you have the same luck
Steve

Just do an advanced restore from, cwm or twrp.
Or, titanium backup
..and if you dont do backups, this should be a lesson learned.
I use quikpic, or i would send it toyou
