[Q] Need ICS Rom For Xperia Mini ST15I Step By Step ?

i just bought a new xperia mini st15i
i want an ics rom with the stock theme of it
the phone is new so what are the steps that i can do to make it
this is my device info
Android Version 2.3.4
Baseband 8x55A-AAABQOAZM-203028D-64
Kernel 2.6.32.9-perf
Build 4.0.2.A.0.62
its my first android and i'm sooooooooooo new to do these things
i had switched from iphone to android
so plz help me
i need it badly because i hate the sony launcher
i love the rom in nexus s so i want a copy of it in my phone lol

[Q] Help does anybody know how to debrand 3uk Xperia Arc s On ics

Hi just wondering if anybody knows how to debrand the 3 UK Xperia Arc S. I have de-branded an Xperia Play before but I cannot find the approriate files for the Arc S. Any help would be appreciated.
