Hey i have a samsung galaxy s 4g from t-mobile and i was trying to root the phone by following these steps

i was playing around with the phone and flashed it again dan my phone stopped turning on it use to turn on
and get stuck on the SAMSUNG GALAXY S part so i wanted to delete everything and start off fresh and used
odin and now my phone doesn't even work at all the one thing i am able to access is the download mode
i would really appreciate if something could please please help me with any solutions i just want my phone
working again idc if its rooted or w.e please someone help me start off fresh with the stock rom. :crying:

please tell me how can i run the program sorry but i am really new at this and shouldn't have
played with my phone i learned my lesson just please guide me thru the steps to

Ok i downloaded that i also extract it and also have my phone in download mode now
what am i suppose to do can a person please help me step by step instead of getting

You shouldn't have to extract anything. Once you download it, it should be a .jar file. Then you just double click it and the program does everything for you.
Edit: And no one is yelling at you bro. We're all here to help you, you just need to be calm and be detailed in what happened and let us explain
Go back to the guide that you linked to in your first post, then go to post #2 in that thread. It's a step by step guide to what you're trying to do.

i have a samsung nexus s 9023
for some reason someone made a joke and formated ...
now what it does when i turn it on is stays in the fast boot menu
when i press recover it goes in the menus further and everything but it wont restore ..
i would need some help makin my phone work again .. please ...
i think the android is gone... cause it shows me that lil figure dead with a red x on it
i would really need help please !

Step one: Make a post asking for help (check)
Step two: Have me guide you to success (check)
Step three... ummm.. hmm.. ??
Step eight: Download Nexus Root Toolkit, follow instructions to flash in a new recovery/rom/kernel/radio/rainbows and ponies..
Step nine: Enjoy your phone!

did a quick search and i dont see xda having one, heres a guide i found else where, since its on gingerbread you can try to easy apk like Gingerbreak, theres even a cyanogenmod rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1483204

are you talking about gingerbreak? my bad, its a little hard to find if you dont know about it, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1044765 just download the latest file on the 2nd post and install it from your phone like a normal app. as for the guide yes it is a step by step telling you what you need first and how its done, Read over it first before you follow it, Gotta be safe!
I have a stock version in my i9003, but i want to root it and install a new ROM.
But i cant find the recovery for my mobile that i need to install by Odin (before flashing ROM) (FROYO.DDKB2)
I found a few links, but all are dead unfortunately !
Please anybody direct me to the link where i can find that file .

You know you could upgrade your device, right?
Anyway. I'll attach a recovery that worked for me. Just flash it through Odin and you are good to go.
And in the future keep that kind of questions in the general forum.

Are you sure this will not brick my device?!
After using Odin to install this file,
Do we have to open the recovery, install the Rom & Gapps?
& what do you mean by upgrade? If you mean the auto update from the settings, it doesn't show anything to download..

As of right now I am in a very annoying bootloop. After trying to unroot my phone by flashing a stock 5.1.1 ROM and failing, I decided to try and manually unroot my phone. I deleted the files /system/xbin/su and /system/apps/Superuser . I have looked around for hours looking for answer and I can't seem to find a working one. Please help me! Thanks.
