I have a problem with the launch bar with my One S.
The thing is that, the shortcuts i drag on the launch bar will also appear on the lock screen, but one icon doesn't change on the lock screen.
I had my girlfriends quick contact on the launch bar, changed it to an app, but on the lock screen, there is still the shortcut for her quick contact.
It only changes in the lock screen, when i make a folder out of it. Single shortcuts turn back to her quick contact(only on lock screen, when unlocked the icon is what i changed it to)
Funny thing is that there is only problem with the 2nd-from-right slot. All other slots change as i want.
Any ideas? Have tried all sorts of tehniques, like switching the lock screen shortcut option on & off, restarting several times, cleared cache of lockscreen apps, changed lock screens, etc.
Factory reset definately would help, but this is a last resort

My Today screen has a blue icon called options which, when pressed says
O2 Custom Today Plug-in Settings
checked items appear in Today screen
well they all DID until just recently and I used to be able to display 5 shortcuts.
I removed 1 and added another and the screen response was only 5 shortcuts allowed. Having taken out and added again the problem was further exacerbated by the fact that the shortcut bar is now blank even though short cuts are there. I press an area of the shortcut bar and a programme is launched - but I don't know what it is until it is fully launched.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
I have rebooted but no joy

I've been searching XDA forums for almost an hour now but I can't find anything helpful.
I would like to display a different background on the Lock screen and Start Menu of my Leo.
Thing is, if I go to the Settings tab, and change the Lock screen image, the start menu is automatically set to the same image.
That is really annoying because it makes every text in the start menu unreadable.
I tried JMZ Lockscreen changer with no result, I tried to change the wallpaper with Sense turned off, but no matter what I do, I can't get to what I want.
Anyone know how to do that ? I'm sure it's really simple but I'm stuck !

I have HTC Sense disabled on my Today screen so it looks like a basic today screen. When I lock the phone, it shows the sliding unlock icon. When I slide to unlock I need to enter my PIN to use the phone (forced due to work email security). Sometimes when I turn the phone back on after the screen has turned off due to inactivity, the screen is blank (the sliding unlock icon isn't visible). The only things I can see are the top row (clock, speaker icon, signal/data icon, battery remaining icon, QuickMenu icon, and Start button). None of the items in the top row respond except for QuickMenu, but nothing in there functions since it is still locked. I end up having to soft reset the phone. I am using the most current stock ROM WM6.5.
Anyone seen such a problem or know how to fix it? Is there a program like QuickMenu that has an "unlock" link in the menus? I wonder if that could be a workaround. Thanks.
Hi guys, I am wondering if it is only me having this particular problem.
I have set a PIN for the screen lock. When I key in the PIN after dragging the camera icon on the lockscreen to the circle, THE MENU FOR THE CAMERA DOESN'T SHOW UP, I CAN'T EVEN PRESS THE 'BACK' BUTTON. IT JUST SHOWS ME WHAT THE CAMERA SEES AND I CANNOT TAKE PICTURE OR ANYTHING!
I have tried with the Pattern and Password, they did not work as well! But then when I set None for the screen lock, the problem doesn't exist and the menu pops up as it should normally.
FYI, I have done a factory reset and it didn't help.
Please help as I love this phone and I want it to be perfect. I think this is an awesome and beautiful handset.

Hello all. I have an HTC Inspire running CM7 stable. I've installed Go Locker from the market just so I could customize my lock screen a little more. I currently use Go Launcher and Go SMS, so I thought I'd just consolidate with Go Locker. In the settings for Go Locker, it shows Wallpaper as an option. When I choose Launcher background as the option and test the lock screen, I'm getting nothing. Just a black screen as if the phone is off. I have to hit the power button on the top of my phone multiple times to actually get anything on the screen. When it finally does show up, I see an overlay of the lock screen on top of my home screen. Choosing default background or Custom background works fine within the options. Any ideas here?
