Maybe someone can throw together the apks in a thread of all the stock apps that are exclusive to the sidekick so people can grab what they need/want

When they finally do get it working xda will definitely be talking about it a lot, so you could just stay on stock or maybe eb 2.3.3 until that happens.

Ok so I've hears they finally released the official gingerbread for the g2x and ive tried to do a little reading but I'm still confused. Do I need to wipe my current rom flash stock and do the update in order to get the new baseband and good stuff to get things like the fixed GPS lock? Or can I just flash a new rom like the weapon rom that's supposedly 2.3 based?

Check the market netflix is available for all roms on the g2x, hence Weapon!
Edit: sorry guys another lg fail equals no netflix for weapon.

I'm on weapon 2.3.5, no go here as well. The only ROM I have had success with is Eagles Blood 1.07, it works and it works super quick.

Coming from other ROM, I can install Canon Easy-PhotoPrint from market. Now that I flash MIUI v1.10.21, Market said my phone is not compatible for Canon Easy-PhotoPrint. Anyone using Canon Easy-PhotoPrint and had that problem?
Just search for the APK and install.
