Sorry I was multitasking when I sent that. I actually ended up reading it afterwards. I thought it would have had more information being wikipedia and all. Wiki has failed me.
On another note: This flash is working. I haven't messed around with it enough to say how well but it seems stable. Thanks OP!

Haha yeah its been raining all weekend, then again if its not raining it would be 95+ with like 80% humidity :good:

I flashed it on CM9 Alpha 5, after reboot it said s-voice has stopped working. Ill try to reflash when i get back from lunch, or maybe fix permissions?

It works well but after a couple minutes of use it crashes requiring the app to be restarted.

south of both you guys walk through four and half feet to get to car on high ground ! you should see some of the pics of where im at i took a lot. we were hand catching catfish and bass on the side walks and roads lol

its still based of cm, im not sure if aosp source is public yet, and you should be able to just wipe cache if the other dev used cm source

Honest question for anyone who's smart enough to flash ROMs... why would you ever take the AT&T OTA over what you have from the ROM community? I understand for those who don't want to ROM for whatever reason, but for those who do... AT&T's 4.1 is already going to be behind what we have now, most likely, and certainly won't have the enhancements....

I'm mostly interested in the fact it gives our community another base to develop off of, as well as the possibility of a new radio. Never hurts to have options!

Yeah I know lol. Hope I didn't sound like I needed it. I'm running clean rom just fine. It's similar to what they did to the captivate's official gingerbread update -- it took forever and it wasn't that much of an update compared to what the devs already accomplished with cm7

If windixi posts back about what the keyboard issue is, we should talk to Ric. He messed with a lot of framework things or maybe Sammuel. He did a lot of work with the keyboard as well.

Ric is mainly a themer not a dev (atleast he points tha out a lot) plus he is busy with life just like bduv
Then figuring that the sidekick is unique to the point that there are 2 leds a key board an the keypad / track pad this make an issue of being a 100 percent update as a lot of stuff may be missing or gone (play store will need to pick up the 2.3.3)
Its a lot of issues for noobs so to speak to use the rom which is why its not released for downloads cuz someone won't read an just update

cool deal. lot of chatter about the firmware image not being available, lots of folks not getting this now because of that, but i say go for it. the stock tablet is pretty dang awesome...and so is my CM build

Updated the gapps package, added Adaway and the F-Droid app which is used to install other FOSS apps, of which Adaway is one.
