Redirect Audio Output -> Apple TV/Roku/etc - Verizon Samsung Galaxy S III

I know there are applications that will let you stream media from either your device or from internet based streams to Apple TV/Roku/etc (e.g. iMediaShare, Twonky, etc). What I am wondering is if there is an application that will re-route all audio output from the system/apps/etc to an Apple TV/Roku?
I suppose the Apple TV/Roku would just see the transmission as a single long stream. Essentially the Apple TV/Roku/etc becomes remote headphones and all device audio is forwarded.

[Request] Record Audio stream- namely Spotify

Is it possible to record the audio output from the default music player or more specifically an application like Spotify.
I have Replay Music on my laptop which enables me to record the sound going through the audio chipset/soundcard. I would like to be able to either record the streams or record the offline playlists which output as per the music player when not connected to the net.
Can someone suggest an app or maybe a route to mod this in?
If it's a no-go then I'd appreciate someone kicking me up the arse and telling me to go and have a word with myself

[APP (Idea)] video output player?

My idea for an app would be to alter one of the stereo headphones' "lines" to transmit video instead of audio, and the other line transmit audio in mono instead if stereo, this player could also use the "record" from the camera to go directly to you tv, and be able to play any video codec currently available.
I'm not a "programmer" but in theory this sounds like with the right effort and know how that it could be done? Possibly disable all other phone actions while in this "mode"
Your thoughts?

Looking for a good app for streaming media to an internet-connected TV

I've got an internet-connected Sony BRAVIA television and I'm looking for the best app for streaming content to it from my Android devices. Ideally, I'd like to be able to, not only stream music and video, but also separate the audio from the video in certain cases. For instance, I'd like to watch a video on my tablet while the sound is playing through the television. Ultimately, it'd be best if there was an app that simply recognized when any app was producing audio and sent it straight to the TV while my typical usage behavior on the android device remained unchanged and unhindered.
This is an area of Android that is fairly unexplored for me and I'd like to make sense of it.

[Feature Request] synchronised playback across devices

Please see this mplayer feature (I cannot post a link)
Google "mplayer networksync" ...
So, to elaborate we have the same movie on each device with each device on the same network. One mxplayer controls playback and the rest are slaves. The slaves queue up their but playback is controlled by the master. The end effect is synchronised playback.
Use case :
Long car journey. Two kids in the back with a tablet each. Parent with another tablet or phone in the front. This is the master. Audio is plugged into the car stereo. Each device user queues up the same movie (stored locally, or possibly from a file share). Each connected via wifi to an ap (eg mifi or an ap on the master tablet).
Playback controlled by the master and we have video and audio in sync with sound through the car speakers.
Improvements
Simplify the file queuing by hosting the file with a tiny http server and have the slaves queue from that url each time. They would need to know the ip address of the host but that can be displayed on the host and entered manually.
Issues
Bandwidth!
Any thoughts?

It's not possible as of now.
You can share master tablet source through wifi or AP. But, playback synchronisation is not possible.

How to stream music to a audio player(car stereo) which supports ipod, using android?

Now most of you know that if you connect your iPhone/iPod to any iPod certified audio device then you can even stream(from online services) your music to the speakers. However on android you are limited to stored media only(although newer android versions have support for this but the audio player must also support this feature). My question being how to fool the audio device(car stereo) into believing that the music is being played via iPhone.
My android version being 4.1.2 and phone being Samsung GT-I8262 and stereo being Toyota PZ071-0D609(OEM).
Rooting is not a problem and so is changing the firmware on the audio player(with instructions ofcourse).
