Yeah just flash a jellbean 4.1 ROM. But what do you mean by the tone of your post/ It seems to me that you have other, severe problems then just wanting to go back to 4.1.
Is the device bricked, damaged, etc?

I'm currently trying to install ZELLY CREAM V3 on my WT19i.
All goes well until i restart the phone. It keeps running in Loops.
Any ideas why this would happen.
note: WT19i is root, cwm is install and bootloader is unlocked..
