I am having problems in deleting VZW "locked" bookmarks in stock browser. Googled and tried the solutions (e.g. using Bookmark Manager) and the "locked" bookmarks are still here! Please let me know if you found a solution. Thank you!
Download "Bookmarks Manager" from the play store then it will let you delete them, then uninstall. Voila..
My bad. I should have searched "stock" bookmarks instead of "locked" bookmarks.
The answer is in the following post:
xda-developers > Samsung Galaxy S III I9300 > Galaxy S III Q&A > Delete stock bookmarks?

hi,
im using a sprint Samsung galaxy note 2 running on alliance rom build 1 android 4.4.2.
after flashing alliance rom my stock email app got deleted (was expected). now i want to install the stock email app. (the email app im looking for has a white envelop with red circle that has a white "@" in it not the email app with the yellow circle) <lol its very important . i found the email and exchange service apk came with it but when i downloaded it and moved to my system/apps and changed the permission to -rw-r-r then i restarted, but when i launched the email app after logging into my email the app crashes and gave me "unfortunately the app email has stopped" and now when i start the app i get that message right away, when i clear data the process starts all over i launch app... login... crash.
the stock note 2 email is my favorite, thats why i want it

Do you mean this ROM: [ROM][XXDME6][JB V4] N7100 AllianceROM V4?
You may better flash the ROM again with ROM Customizer app, and select Samsung apps to be installed along with the ROM.
After flashing, you can remove all other Samsungs apps that you don't want. But tis way you should get a working stock Email app.
If you have further questions, please ask in the ROM thread, or in the Galaxy Note II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum.
Good luck !

Ok, you have the sprint note 2.
Then forget about rom customizer.
If you can't get help in the rom thread, please ask in the Sprint Galaxy Note II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum.
Good luck.

Hey guys, my name is Oli. I have been modding a few Samsung devices for about 3 years now, but I am new to XDA so yea.
Anyway, I was wondering if some would help me ASAP I was on my Tab 4 and I was getting rid of apps that I didn't need like some GApps, Browser, Sound Recorder, Email etc and then I accidentally removed the gallery app (Sec.Gallery2013.apk) and you could probably guess I really need a kind member to help me if you could.
If you could help me out, email me at [email protected] or reply with a comment thanks.
To find it,
1. Make sure you device is rooted (Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 SM-T530)
2. Open any root browser (I use ES File Explorer)
3. Navigate to Device>System>priv app> and find Sec.Gallery 2013.apk
4. Copy to Internal Storage / Ext SD Card
5. Upload to Dropbox, Mediafire, Zippy share or anything else and send me a link through email [ABOVE] or reply on here.
If you could you would be a LEGEND!
Sincerely & thanks a ton,
Oli.

And now for the Black-u-Window Weather report, what's the weather like Oli? IT GON' RAIN! Thanks Oli.
Sorry couldn't resist the opportunity for the Family Guy joke. Here's your link. I put the apk you asked for in a zip, along with its Odex file just in case. Enjoy!
(Samsung Galaxy Core plus G350 rooted)
Erm, yeah, I removed all the google apps even though I needed them.
I need youtube and google play, but installing apks don't work, is there a way to recover these apps? Factory reset doesn't bring back the apps.
Ask any questions if you need to, thank you in advance!

Hello, and welcome to XDA! You can just reflash the Gapps. You will find some here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/software/gapps-consolidated-gapps-thread-t3064693
Best wishes!
My problem is already written on the title. I want to install Inbox by Gmail, but it doesn't download. However, I tried other inbox apps and the same problem occurred! I tried downloading a game, and it downloads perfectly. Google doesn't find a solution. Help?
