Battery Drain

I know this isn't the most accurate way but is it normal that my battery lasts as long as it is charging. It drains so fast! I will calibrate and edit this post.

Is the rapid rise at the end of my charge cycle normal? I get this result all the time.

Battery Loss at Standby

It is going to deep sleep but, there is a 3.2 % of battery drain anyway.
How can I fix it?
