Not yet. As far as I know there is no USB host option even if the hardware is capable. And I'm not aware of any custom ROM that could do it.But I'm not sure...

whs, just install KIES to get the driver
KIES just makes problems
-> KIES must not run, to use ODIN!
Just uninstall this piece of software and install the pure drivers, found here:

By data card i assume you mean sim card then ya sure it will work just make sure that it is a MICRO SIM
You can put a data pack and use the internet just make sure you have the access points. Call up customer care they will send it to your device
If they don't have micro sim, you can cut regular sim yourself or go to a Samsung showroom nearby they'll cut it for free even if you aren't a customer. Assuming you are in India where there is a Sammy shop like every few km.

Well, USB OTG is a feature to enable your phone to access USB devices such as flash disk, mouse.
To use it you will need a USB OTG Cable a short microUSB to USB female.. Attach your USB there,,
If it still not work some devices might require externally powered OTG..
I'd connected my pen drive with moto g and there is no notification.... How can I externally power my pen drive?

I can attach it easily on my 4.4.2 android version... Maybe u can check for another working OTG cable

I'm not in kit kat version.. Is it mandatory for OTG function?...
Actually OTG was broken in KK but in JB it was working. But they have fixed it now in 4.4.2 as i read.
How is your stick formatted?

It just checks it's functionality, not enables it.
