EOS Kernel (ICS) vs JB stock Kernel - Xoom Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

What are the pros and cons of the EOS ICS kernel vs the JB stock one?
Is there a timeline for a JB kernel for the EOS builds or AOSP in general?
Just wondering what's missing from the EOS ICS kernel that's in the JB stock.
