Anyone able to make a zip download of the Fusion 1.1 Kernel or tell me how - HTC One S

I wanted to install Fusion Kernel 1.1 with fastboot boot not working for some reason for me. i was lucky enough for some fella to make a zip file of the 1.0 fusion kernel, was just wondering if someone could possibly make a zip file download for this kernel for me and other noobs like me. also maybe if someone can just give a tutorial of how to compress a boot.img kernel into a zip format download, that would be much appreciated...
Thank You

Check the development thread for the kernel, someone already made it. Page 7 I believe

In the apps and games section is an image flasher app that works great. You select the img from the internal browser and then press boot.img and viola

Can you please post up the .apk file it would be much apreciated. I have a desire hd and this app has been removed since updting to gingerbread. Im on sense 2.1 so fingers crossed it should install.
Here's a signed flashable zip containing SearchAnywhere.apk and SearchAnywhereWidget.apk.
But it's not working!
First I tried to just install the apk. They won't install.
Then I created this zip file and flashed it. But the apk files did not transfer to \system\app
Probably somebody else has an idea how to go forward.
Well, here's another try. This time it really flashes the apk files to /system/app.
It also appears in the app drawer. But it does not run propperly. Always force closed.
still not working.
Has anyone had any luck with this. It won't install for me.

Stock boot animation for anyone who wants it back.

Here is the Nexus s boot animation. It will work with any rom or kernel. Has your favorite kernel or rom change your boot animation well just down load this and flash using clockwork and youll have the stock boot animation back. Alternatively you can unpack the zip and copy bootanimation.zip over to the system/media folder on your phone.
http://www.mediafire.com/?3kftz8h46cnj1dh
I'll never quite understand why, but it's always bothered me having a different boot screen.. Thank you

Isn't there a way to just restore it? I thought I remember reading on here that you can override a kernel boot animation with whatever one the rom came with... be it stock, cm7, etc.
There is and i have just figured it out with upload the file in a minute

Michael, these are the universal zips I sent u right?
Sent from my Nexus S using XDA App
Yes the first one is the zip you sent me its 3.5 cfs
The second one does not include your kernal it's just an installer package I created to reinstall the stock bootanimation.zip which I pulled from my nandroid backup. You can read through the update script in the zip and see for yourself

No problem lol. I figured that others may what the same thing. After recieving your zips i realized they did not contain the stock boot animation so i was still stuck with the matriz animation till i reinstalled the stock boot animation which i pulled from my nandroid backup. Then i decided to make an install package for it so it could be used on any phone kernel or rom. if you would like to you can post a link to my second download so others can change if they want.
Cool ty

I think this will be the first custom Kernel to test on my NS
im loving this kernel, but is it possible in future versions to use cm7 built in oc controls instead of setcpu. netarchy kernel is able to use the build in cm7 controls and its nice not having to use an extra app, other than that great work!
I remembered the stupid easy way I was thinking about yesterday. I remembered after reading something that the boot animation is is /system/media. All I did was copy the animation I wanted (in my case the CM7, now using the 3D CM7 one I JUST found) and copied it over the bootanimation.zip that was currently residing in said folder.
Bam, back to stock or whatever boot animation without flashing anything
yes you can do that to. using root explorer. or you can even use adb if you want. the file resides in system/media/bootanimation.zip

I need an old version of ROM Manager

the ROM manager from android market doesn't have my phone listed for the clockword mod recovery. So I can't do the backup and restore or flash or whatever.
This is my first time rooting so I want to make sure everything is backed up. Can't do it without this program.
I know the version I need because others with LG Optimus 3D also can't get there phone with the current ROM manager.
I found it on google but it's from mediafire. It's also the premium version so that's stealing from the author. It could have viruses.
Is there a legit site where I can get old versions?
No need to have ROM Manager to backup or restore the phone.
If you have the recovery installed, just into it. Next go to backup/restore
Then choose backup.

no that's what I am saying. I can't install the recovery because my phone is not listed.
There is an old version of ROM manager with my phone listed, but it's an illegal premium version from mediafire.
I don't know if it's safe.
Put a new cwm manualy on your phone instead of trying to find it in Rom manager

Hi,
I know it was a while ago but can you make the old rom manager available for me, please? I couldn't find it anywhere, even on apktops, and I would desperately need it for my old HTC Hero.
Thank you!

[MOD] OC on boot via INIT.D Fixed update.zip

now that we have Init.d support in our boot.img i have been tinkering around with loading coolbho's overclock modules on boot so i don't have to go to caremy computer or use clunky smanager app to run my .sh
well I had some time today to sit down and iron out the kinks and everything is working this will only work on your phone if you are using a boot.img that supports INIT.D
Cleanrom has this by default as do other roms available.. if you want init.d support download the boot.img's by scrosler for the init.d support
Changlog:
06/05/12
Added run-parts to system/xbin
added sysinit to system/bin
Revamped /system/etc/init.d/30cpu
placed OC module somewhere the system can reach it
Fixed updaterscript
6/6/12
Added scroslers updated .zip
He was kind enough to fix the permissions in the updater script
Added to op
This mod will ONLY LOAD THE MODULE
You MUST set your max clock up to 1.8ghZ
This mod just loads the krait_oc.ko and enables the undervolt settings called for by coolbho in his original thread
Attached to this post you will find the mod.
how to install:
Download mod
place on your internal SD
reboot to recovery
flash mod
reboot to system
Reboot
set overclock to 1.8
if your overclock is not available your boot.img does not have init.d support
If you like my work hit the thanks button and make sure to swing by one of scroslers threads to thank him as well
Thanks! is this flashable? Or how do we install?

And why wouldn't you just install the archived Flash directly from the Adobe site?
http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html
Scroll down to Flash Player for Android 4.0 archives and install away. That's the latest version and installs FINE on the SGS4G running 4.0.4 (as well as my Galaxy Tab 2 running 4.1.1)
That's why I provided the link, I made it flashable so you can install it while your flashing JB, and gapps, I provided the apk in case you don't want to Google all day. Last I even provided the link so you could down load it strait from Adobe. Frankly I don't care what you do, I am just trying to be helpful.
