Quadratum

ROM Manager / CWM
Seriously wouldn't be enjoying my phone as much as I am right now without them.

Rom Manager / Clockwork Mod...
..but running a close second is an app I just discovered - AutomateIt Pro. Automate just about everything and don't need to learn how to 'program' stuff like you do with tasker.

I'm replacing my arch Linux box with Ubuntu ATM. So I can start learning Java and developing for android. So I'm a bit tied up and will have to have a look at your link tomorrow. Being that it is also 2am in Jersey. After the install its lights out for me.
I have windows 7 on a different HDD as well. It looks like those instructions are aimed at MS anyway.
Thanks. Ill let you knows what's up tomorrow.

(Q) Default keyboard not sticking on JB 4.1.2 Stock leak?

I recently downloaded and installed SwiftKey 4, and couldn't be happier.
I am having an issue though. Upon reboot of the phone, the default keyboard setting reverts itself to Samsung's default keyboard. Is there a fix?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2064513 I'm using the odexed version.

When i had any of the two AT&T leaks i had TouchPal and the settings stuck. Must be something with SiwftKey 4 or something on your side..
You could try the official Rogers JB.
I don't have a Rogers phone, mine is ATT. Will that still work?

Instead of insulting me for my perceived stupidity, you could just answer my question.

stock CM10. the background I have is Device Info Live Wallpaper. It's ok, i've been running it for the past couple days, but it can make going to your home screen a bit laggy. course im running the stock cm10 kernel, not thomas.raines' kernel, so that might help it.
