Hello, the other day playing on my huawei U8650, I deleted systemUI.apk and now I can't see the status bar, I tried another systemui.apk but nothing. I'm Spanish, sorry for my English, help please.
if u have a sysemUI.apk from ur rom just replace it in system/app using root explorer and set permissions and reboot
or
restore ur original full rom

Use some explorer with root permissions (like rootbrowser) and go /data/local/bootanimation.zip or /system/media/bootanimation.zip and remove the bootanimation.zip.

Did u try to compare (and understand) your bootanimation with the tutorials on XDA? Probably the issue is located in the desc.txt file.

How can extract it from ROM zip file? I've samsung galaxy s5 rom for my phone.
Once you've gotten hold of the system dump. Simply navigate to /system/fonts there you will find all the fonts. You can then go ahead and select the fonts your desire and drag them to your desktop or a designated folder.

Dear Friend.
No one bother to upload the whole System/App.
in my opinion it would be better to Restore your Backup (if you have) or simply flash the stock ROM from ODIN.
