Whenever I try to use the barcode scanner in the myfitnesspal app, the scanner crashes. The scanner crashes when it tries to auto focus, then goes back to the fitness app.
I'm using cm9 RC2
Anyone know of a way to fix this or report the bug?

try clearing the data of that app ..then uninstall it and reinstall it ..it might work then

No luck. Oh well, I'll just hope for the fix in a newer release. Some people with Transformers have the same issue. This never happened with stock sense 3.6

Now I have a logcat!
Fixed with the CM10 beta, must be something having to do with the way Jelly Bean handles the camera.

My Nexus S is on 2.3.3 and I wiped everything on it so I can start fresh again. For some odd reason my YouTube doesn't work anymore. I see the app under manage apps & "all" but does not have an icon in my app drawer. Anyone have any idea how to resolve this?
Uninstall it and then re-download it from the market.

It doesn't even give me an option to. Under market and YouTube, I see the "Open" icon but its not highlighted. It won't let me open through there. You think downloading the same version of it and trying to install it would work?
Go to manage apps and then go to YouTube and uninstall from there.

Doesn't give me an option in there either. Nothing is lite up for me to do anything except for clear cache.

my facebookapp uses more battery than all other apps together, the screenshots are from today, and shows the batterydrain during the night --> no use
does anyone else has the same problem??
How often do you have Facebook set to sync? Make it less often and battery use will go down.

no sync, no data connection, no wlan, my phone is mostly offline ^^

Go to recovery and fix permissions.
Or u can uninstall it. Go to recovery, clear chace and dalvick. And try install the oldest version or downgrade. Currently on v1.5.4.
U can install fb ver 1.5.2 or 1.5.3
Hope u find something and fix ur problem. Don't bother due to facebook still buggy.

Does someone have probles with facebook app? I installed and reinstaled serval times an allways same problem, it force closes when I go to the list of friends. Can someone confirm me that they can go to hte list of friends on fb app...

the app doesnt work very well so i have been using the browser. I mean this things got a wide screen so its not that bad in the browser.

Hi,
Does anyone else have a problem with scanning with the Barcode Scanner app (by ZXing Team) on CM9? It does not seem to ever recognize the barcode - be it a simple 1D or a QR code.
Any suggestions? I currently am running CM9 stable on my Sensation.

Delete it and go into settings and then app's and clear the ceche for the market app and re download your app

Thanks. I just uninstalled the app, cleared the Google Play cache, and the re-installed the app. It does manage to scan a 1D barcode with some patience (it seems to take a long time to get a lock), but I have not been able to scan the QR code yet.
I got tired of looking for a Q&A thread for my issue so i just created this one. I just installed "[ROM] [LOTK] [OFFICIAL] [Nightlies] [6/12/13] [d2vzw] PAC-Man ****HELLO HALO****" and was wondering why my pics arent displayed in my gallery? They are still on the SD card, but can only access them through any file manager app.

Did you disable your media scanner? That's what's responsible for making them appear in your gallery.
Reboot your phone and let it sit for an hour, allow the scanner to do its job and they should appear in your gallery. If you used an app to disable it, then re-enable it first.

Honestly I wouldn't know a way to disable the media scanner, so I doubt I did that. But I would like to know how to check to see it the media scanner is enabled.
Maybe try a different gallery, try quickpic.

Then you didn't disable it, download media scanner from the playstore and force start it. Once it finishes scanning it'll add whatever pictures you have to your gallery

So I downloaded Media Scanner by Clypher and that didn't do anything. I switched back to a different ROM a my pics are displayed in the gallery. I've owned several other phones that I've rooted and never come across this issue. I was beginning to like that PAC man ROM too.
