Stock stuck on HTC logo - HTC Sensation

I have a HTC sensation T-Mobile and it is stuck on HTC logo and it has s-on and no root and boot loader locked. I can't seem to find anything I will unlock boot loader or anything that needs to be done to get this phone running. Thanka

You might just need to flash the matching ruu for your provider. It basically restores, your phone to 100% stock.

Quick fast boot question

just one last quick question. I haven't really found an answer for it. I'm running CM10, if I wanna flash the update do I need to run the flashboot again? Or can I just do so?
