[Q] Language custom Rom

Hi,
I am sorry if i am asking a question that is already answerd, but i could't find it in other posts.
I live in The Netherlands so i have a i5800 with the dutch language, if i flash my sga with a custom rom or any other rom for my sga will the dutch language still be available just like in the original rom?

Only thing to do is change it in options.

So every ROM is equiped with a choice of different languages?

Khmer in Ozcan Rom

Can anyone Add Khmer/ភាសាខ្មែរ (Cambodian Language) in Ozcan Rom 4.1. I ask because there is Khmer in stock rom, but there is no such this language in Ozcan Rom. Please help!!!! Thank You.

Changing Rom or adding multi language

Hi,
I bought Note 4 Edge SM-N915S model from Korea. I need to change my rom, because there is a rom which is SK Telekom. My language is not there and i could not use it properly Anybody help me to change my rom with non branded rom.
Can i use different rom like N915F or N915G?
My cpu is Samsung Exynos 7 Octa 5433.

I would love to know the answer to this question because I have the same model. Sadly, changing the rom at this stage is not possible because nothing is available out there.
By the way, which language are you looking for?

In SamMobile, There is a different rom but i dont know which one is suitable for our device

I just checked. Try this to see if it works:
Settings > Language and Input > HANDWRITING WRITING RECOGNITION > tap on the Language option > next screen has an option to download more languages > tap that and you will see Turkce > download.
I hope this works for you but I am not sure if this will change the main language?

Im on 5.0.2 rooted stock firmware SM-G920V , i just want to know if someone can show us how can we add more languages . (french and arabic ).
or how can we build a rom with this languages on it .

Install "more local 2" from play store.
