Alright, so you posted in the wrong section (This should be in General), but i will answer you.
Today CM9 Alpha 10 got released with fixed video playback and partially fixed video recording.
So, There will be a stable ICS Rom, so nah, not the end *yet*

Guys I want to suggest u that instead of petition we should write complaint emails to samsung. Its a legal & official way to know our problems & querries to samsung. It is directly referred by samsung support team. If 400-500 emails regarding ICS related to i9003 then I am damn sure that they have to consider our complaintrs. I dont think that even samsung even know about such petitions.

Ok so my last thread got me nowhare so im going to star a new on with more details(To view the previous one click the link at the end).
Ok so the waranty is gone cuz its second hand.
I took the phone to realy good mechanic,who knows his way around a phone like a fish in water,any way he cant find where the problem is.
He got another camera of a nother i9003 and it didnt work.
Please post anything you can think is wrong with it,where to look to fix the problem and possible solutions.

For this kind of things you should go to the main forum of Samsung Galaxy SL i9003 and then to Galaxy SL i9003 Themes and Apps instead of Galaxy SL i9003 Android Development.
Also, before posting, search within the forum, because normally someone has already asked something about cameras, or other stuff, and you´ll find answers there.
To be able to solve your problem you should check which rom version do you have, because if you are in froyo and you put a gingerbread camera, it probably won´t work.

How what? All you need is to unlock bootloader, flash custom recovery and then you could flash whatever ROM you want.

No there isn't a pure google based rom yet for the oneS . Your best option for now is the cyanogenmod 10 rom, which look very close to stock google.

To sum up what was mentioned...
No, there is not currently a pure, stock, AOSP rom for the 1S. Cyanogenmod 10 is the closest you can get, as it looks and operates the most like stock, however has many additional features (both visual and performance wise). Here is the link to download CM10 for our device http://get.cm/?device=ville .
Note: CM is releasing "nightlies" which means pretty much everyday an updated rom is released to fix or add features. As of right now, the rom works great, however there are some issues with the camera (video camera does not work properly, although there is a fix).
If you have not flashed a rom to your 1S yet, you will have to do quite a bit of research to get it done. This requires unlocking your bootloader through the HTCdev website, and downloading and installing several files before you can install a new rom. This guide can help you http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1583427 .
Hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

by the way.. back to the topic, dhiru is working on a 3.0 kernel with adipat..
so cm porting will be stop untill then.. cm10 4.1.2 alpha 4 is the last piece for now..
after they finished to kernel development.. they will continue on porting.. hopefully..
