Hey when I use the sense keyboard, the vibration intensity is just fine. As soon as I switch to ICS or gingerbread keyboards, the vibration goes through the roof - each key you press make the phone shake horrendously.
Any thoughts as how to lower the vibration intensity on ICS/Gingerbread keyboards? These 2 keyboards are much more user friendly and simple to use than the bundled Sense keyboard
Also, what other keyboards do you suggest? Thanks
Try a 3rd party keyboard like Swift Key 3. Aside from the fact that it is easily the best keyboard out there, you can adjust the vibration intensity.
Here ya go, for the ICS/JB keyboards.

How i can make a keyboard to be lights always on?
Thnks.
in best case you may receive 30 seconds of light
Just a .cab for 30seconds keyboard light
http://www.esnips.com/doc/1f19e87a-...eb4a/MadMonkeyBoys-Gadgets-Keyboard-Light.cab
either u can paint the sensor on the top left part of the keyboard using a black ink or paint, or to make it reversable, u can attach a black sticker on the sensor that u can remove if u want.
Keyboard always ON
Go Start - Setting - Buttons - Backlight - Enable keyboard backlight auto sensor

I find the default WM6.5 volume adjuster very ugly, and the HTC one too slow to use. Is there a simple volume app available which doesn't cover the whole screen, and only on side/middle? Kind of like HTC VolumeControl in the Audio Manager and Youtube app.
I'm using WM6.5 on an HTC ELFin.
Could give this a whirl http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=4409560&postcount=963 it uses the old volume control.

It's almost what I'm looking for, just that it's stepping is too high. 20% or so. I'm looking for something better.
EDIT: I found this: http://handheld.softpedia.com/get/System-Utilities/Enhancements/Volume-Ctrl-9249.shtml, it's perfect, but is there a way to bring it up and control it with the hardware volume buttons? On the page it says that the program will associate itself with the hardware slider, but it isnt working.
Bumping. There has to be a way!
So we know that the GS4 will have several new sensors which you can see in the image below from SamMobile.
But other than Samsungs own apps (ie: S Health) what could you imagine these new sensors could be used for?.
The Air Gesture sensor may be useful to app developers that want to do more with less space, so instead of having one button with one function, that button could have three functions by using 'Air Gesture' and 'Long Press' for additional functions.
And probably not a good example but maybe we'll see some apps that could use the Proximity and temperature sensors to detect if your device is by your ear, face down on the table or in your pocket and adjust some settings as required.

I think some people will do the amazing things with these sensors. But for me, it is just complex, I just want to wait for the amazing performance.
I know this is a dumb issue, but it's what's missing to make my S6 perfect (well, aside from a GPE rom, but that's another issue...)
I ping pong rooted my S6, enabled softkeys, disabled back and recent capacitive keys. The only thing is... when using the stock camera app, a small part of it (including the shutter) gets behind part of the softkey.
Is there a way to hide the softkeys with some apps (Nexus usually do that) or a stock camera app with different dpi?
Edit: To e more precise, what is necessary is to make camera app work in immersive mode...
Thanks in advance,

Yo can activate expanded desktop (with Gravitybox for example) before open the camera app. I had the same problem and it's the best fix I found

Swipedge is an android app that allows you to switch between apps with a single swipe but the special thing is you can control your sound level extremely easy and fast! Have you ever experiment this feeling when you are watching youtube's videos and you have to use your other hand to click up/down volume button ... I got a bad feeling every time I remember that ^^, here's a quick demo of how it's working : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KVrihZ7516g&t=0m30s
You can even control the brightness of your phone! but you need to upgrade to prime version to get this feature and many others feature like customise themes of Swipedge, adjust the width of your app drawer and so on.
link of the app : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.teallix.swipedge.app
What's your opinion about it guys ?
