Ok, I opened chat to sprint support and asked for msl code. They told me that my device doesn't have MSL but then gave me what they called a 6 digit security code to reprgram my phone. Is this security code the MSL and they just didn't want to tell me.

Please help
I am confused as to if there is anyway possible to do the following.
1. Get the MSL Code
2. Changing the PRL to Cricket
I have been trying many different things. I have rooted my phone and tried adb shell "getprop ril.MSL" with no MSL code being returned.
And without my MSL Code then I will not be able to change my PRL to Cricket.
Any help would be appreciated
I'm not too sure what the value of this is, but maybe it'll help someone develop a one-touch SIM unlock tool, or update a Galaxy S2 unlock code finder to enable Infuse support.
The unlock code for this device was "50914185"

This is an old thread but just FYI for anyone in the future when using z3x unlock by msl make sure on your phone that you have hit dialer code *#0*# before u hit msl unlock. It should then prompt for msl entry which according to vzw tech as of today's date is either 000000 or 123456 or 111111
