Installed JB on my Tab 2 p5100 and everything seem to work, camera, WiFi Bluetooth all working perfectly. Oh Google Now also works perfectly. Everything is smooth and much faster.
Remember to use The new JB clockwork mod 6 to flash JB otherwise you will be getting errors.

Tab2 is a new product so we can hope. The problem of Samsung is their Touchwiz, it's not beautiful but running very lag. Some device is not so weak but can't run well with it. Don't like other brands, Samsung does not care about optimizing new software for old products, they just leave them behind and releasing new stronger products. Look like they tell their custommer: If you want to user new softwares, let buy our new products. If the old can run well on new software version, who the hell will buy their new products. lol. Let look, many Tab1 versions still running Honeycomb.

I am currently testing this build on my GT-P5110. Everything is really smooth!
Maybe only the Auto-brightness is way too low... but this is due the CM9 kernel.
And the GSM signal icon is a bit annoying in the status bar, but I could leave with that for now
Best regards,

When for GT-5113 ?
Wonderfull!
@codeworkx: this build explicitly says P5100, does this means it will have issues running it on P5110?
Only problem you are likely to have is that the 5100 is the GSM model while the 5110/13 are wifi only.

Uploaded recovery and cm images for every device.
If you're having a P5113, flash the 5113 recovery and the 5113 cm.
Flashing a 5110 recovery and 5113 cm doesn't work, the installers are checking product codes to avoid flashing a wrong rom to a device.
Don't expect IR blaster to work. I've the P5100 and can't test any of this stuff.

Afaik same hardware except for the display.
Just some new defconfigs and device trees and it's done, too.
But this should somebody do, who owns the device.

Thanks for the CM9 implemation for our Tab 2! Installed it and it's running fine.
One cosmetic issue however: I'm missing the option to clear status messages like application that have been downloaded. They are gone after a reboot but that's a bit too bit of an overkill to get rid of those

i've wiped my tablet while developing so i can't say if it works or not.
I'm really in a struggle here. i hate the new phone ui that Google uses in 4.2.
The notifcation barr at the top sucks and the buttons at the bottom in the middle WTF was Google thinking. So i really in struggle if i want to go to 4.2
What are the cons and pro's between 4.1.2 en 4.2 ?? Is 4.2 smoother then 4.1.2 or is it just a cosmetic upgrade. I know the camera app is upgraded but that's is something i never use on my tablet (people who make pictures with there tablet look like idiots)
The most reviews i read are not that positive about 4.2

Okej first impressions with i9305N:
-4G not working
-Camera FCs when touch-focusing with flash on (only if you let it complete the focus and then press the shutter button)
-Video recording is stretched, but the video itself is OK.
Too bad the 4G bug is still present :/..

that's strange. no one of the i9305 users fixed it and it's still present.
srsly, what do you expect?
if you want to have something fixed, better do it yourself or you might wait forever.
i've never seen much contribution coming out of the community. only crying, moaning and complaining.

Wow chill dude. I thought you have done something with the rom since the last release a few days ago. I'm not complaining so stop raging at all the comments. We all appreciate what you've done and are doing for the community but ffs stop acting like a diva. If you don't want to do this at all then don't.
Just saying.

That's true, the mostly ppl that claims have probably never spend a cent to the dev, so no money no honey..
Re: [ROM][GT-I9305][JB][4.2.2] CyanogenMod 10.1 unofficial builds
Thanks for your hard work. İ just updated it over CM 4.2.1. This release is really smoother and much snappier. İ am absolutely happy with this rom. Also the camera is working as is should.
Thanks again and keep up the great work.
Edit: for those who have problems with the camera, just back-up your Gallery app (by renaming it Gallery.apk.bak) and try to install the attached *.zip file in CWM.

Re: [ROM][GT-I9305][JB][4.2.2] CyanogenMod 10.1 unofficial builds
@codeworkx, whatever happens with this build, whether you do anything else on it or not, much respect to you dude.. you injected CM hope into the 9305 forum, it was pretty bleak before you jumped in!
My wish is that a recognised developer will take this build under his/her wing and develop it further, but I do not count on it.
In future I may well check what handset you're using before I renew my contract
Until then, I remain hopeful that this build will find a home here

If you are still on ICS, yes flash the JB boot loader. If not, you will end having a glitchy looking screen which doesn't effect anything but the screen display. Your choice.
About gapps, I would personally try the one you mentioned and see what happens I don't think it would hurt to try until there's something officially released.. But that's just my opinion.

I experience one heavily irritating bug.
The red screen frame appears when an app is processing(supposedly invisible actions by the app trigger the activation of the red frame),it only appears for less then a second, but it should not appear at all.I will make a video about that issue if I get the time.
But it happens once on that app,but it is annoying on new apps, and it always appears when unlocking the tab.
Will try reflash tommorow.
