my nexus its an i9020a so i dont know i think that the kernel and the baseband and the rom dont match i dont know, i need help!

I'd start by trying to get your phone back to a stock working load by downloading the correct factory image here:
https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images
or here for the 4.0.4 ((IMM76D) build
https://dl.google.com/dl/android/aosp/sojua-imm76d-factory-76ad4959.tgz
Unpack that factory image with 7Zip and find the radio-crespo-xxxxxx.img, boot.img, system.img, recovery.img, and flash those to your phone with fastboot.
Once you get it up and running at a working state, download the OTA again and try again.

The same way you unlocked the bootloader when you first got your phone
Instead of unlocking the bootloader, you'll be flashing individual partitions. You will have the phone in bootloader mode and connected to your computer.
unzip and move the files I indicated above into the same folder as fastboot in android-sdk\platform-tools
fastboot flash radio <radio-crespo-version.img>
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash system system.img

phone is a rom and not a stock ota and now what im worried about is that jelly bean on this phone is kinda buggy and i
don't know if that's just the rom or if this how stock jellybean is? And with the rom i have will i get updates from Google in the
future or i'm i stuck with what i have, what should i do? any help is appreciated!
Kernel looks like the stock one. Have you tried a factory reset yet? If you're still unsure, you can get the stock images from here
https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images
Decompress and take out the images you need and flash via fast boot. Its hard to type it all via phone, but a quick search will help you with everything you need.

OK i have tgz file do i deconpress it on the my phone or computer and do i do this through boot loader or rom manager, sorry rookie here.
I just hopped on my PC, so I'll do my best to help. Any veterans feel free to correct me, please . Make sure if you set anything up, back it up via recovery and then wipe the phone :
1. Need to do this via the PC(assuming you have ADB and android SDK)
2. Open the tgz file.
3. Remove the boot.img, bootloader.img, radio.img, system.img and recovery.img. He probably has the current bootloader, but I would flash it just to be sure.
4. Reboot into the bootloader(vol up+power button)
5. Open up cmd prompt and get to adb. Ensure your device is recognized by typing fastboot devices
6. Once you're squared away with that, type fastboot flash bootloader bootloader.img
7. Fastboot flash boot boot.img
8. Fastboot flash system system.img
9. Fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
10.Fastboot flash radio radio.img
I don't know if there is any particular order those need to be flashed, but once you're done, reboot the phone, set it up, and enjoy.

You decompress it on the computer then flash it with fastboot to your phone.

Recovery failing to flash

So I flash the stock rom on it without thinking and now it wont let me flash a recovery to the tablet threw fastboot or goomanager and it wont update throguh asus update but its booting fine and wont take any updates at all i need help being pointed in the right direction!
I flashed the wrong bootloader i think and how do i flash the correct bootloader without a recover?
in fastboot im getting the error: cannot load 'file name' :no error weather its cm or twrp it wont load it and i dont know what to do please help
First of all it would be important to know what bootloader you are actually on. You do not want to flash a recovery that is not compatible with your bootloader!
So boot into the bootloader with Volume Down and POWER and read the tiny script. From there select the Android with Volume Down and boot back to system with Volume Up.
And then please report in detail what you are trying to do in fastboot, which commands you use etc.
Without knowing what you are doing we cannot tell you what you are doing wrong.....
First step: In fastboot command: fastboot devices - Do you see the serial number of your tab?

So you are on an ICS bootloader with a JB rom... How the hell did you manage to do that?
You did not answer my question about fastboot. What you tried and what did not work.
But anyway, how I would proceed, just to get you back into safe territory, is to download the latest Asus firmware 10.6.1.14.10, unzip the downloaded file once and copy the resulting zip to the root of your internal SD.
Reboot, and hopefully the stock recovery will recognize the update file and flash you to JB 4.2.1 (which BTW is the latest version for our tabs - there never was, and probably never will be a 4.2.2). Flashing the stock firmware will replace the bootloader.
So from there you just have to get fastboot working, flash the latest TWRP and then the custom rom of your choice COMPATIBLE with your bootloader and recovery.
If that doesn't work we have to try something else. But try this first and report.

Yes, i can boot in recovery mod, and my version of my phone is 4.2.2 official. I have K2_UL, and i don't know the boost version. But my boot version is HBOOT : 2.21.0000 And radio : 1.18.40a.00.05

This rom was removed because it's against the rules of xda. Look for "stock odexed 4.2.2" rom in my index thread.

You flash the rom in recovery (this rom for k2ul).
After that, extract (only!) boot.img and copy it to your fastboot folder.
Flash the boot.img with fastboot with the following command:
Code:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
Wipe Cache and Dalvik Cache afterwards.
You will find all you need for fastboot in this Android.zip from attachment. Unzip it in a folder called fastboot and start cmd window there and you are good to go.
You can check before flashing boot.img if the phone is recognized with fastboot cmd
Code:
fastboot devices

ok thanks, but the problem when i installed the driver for my HTC, i'm on window 8.64bits, the installshield don't worked. He have a problem of compatibilities. Because, when y used fastboot i have a trobleshooting : waiting for device
This is a problem you have to solve yourself, as i don't have Win 8.1.
But if you do a search here on xda there are a plenty of threads about drivers and windows.
Just a few:

Another chance is to try other usb

[Mido] Modem for RN4 SD Mido

If you ever flashed a ROM and found that you've not been able to send and receive any kind of wireless activities, chances are your modem file is either corrupted or some problem with it.
It happened to me when i tried to install RR Nougat and found that my modem files are missing and any methods of restoring backup from TWRP ended up unsuccessful. Thank god! i got Fastboot ROM of MIUI 8 Nougat Beta and flashed the modem file which i found inside it.
Download the Modem file from this link.
Instructions:
1. Boot your phone into fastboot mode and connect your phone to PC.
2. Flash the Modem by entering the command
Code:
fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
3. After flashing, reboot your device.
NOTE: Make sure the modem file is in the same folder as the fastboot binary. If you added the fastboot to your path directory, having modem and fastboot
binary in same folder is optional.
NOTE: Fastboot and ADB codes are case-sensitive, i.e. make sure you type exactly, including the capital letters.
Thankyou!
I have an RN4X(international)
Can I
1) download the latest greatest fastboot ROM from here

2) extract the NON-HLOS.bin (which is >80MB, whereas the bin you linked is just 36MB)
and
3) flash it (as explained by you)

Hello Guys,
Please help me in the following case.

I lost everything, it wrote me, that no OS. I cannot enter to the recovery, it stucked at the Huawei logo. I even cannot switch the phone off, it only restarts!
Can you please help me to solve this problem and survive my phone?

First off all you should flash your regional firmware(original) then if you want to change region changing region is not big deal download the official one and flash by putting update.app into dload folder in sd card and flash by force update and if you are able to flash recovery then flash twrp recovery and flash custom rom like @chudy rom & @Ale rom if you stay in official states then flash chudy rom much likely to stock and if you like custom rom then flash Ale rom which I use and many other.
Flash twrp recovery and make a full backup then wipe all without sd card and then flash the rom zip file after that wipe both cache and reboot first time it'll take some time but don't worry keep it booting you all done..
Further help needed please ask.:good:
