[Q] Skype, internet pass through?

I've seen where people hacked skype to use the 3g connection for skype but is there anyway to use internet pass through. When i try to call someone it says i must be on wifi. I want to use this because when i make a call on skype using wifi it works but it disconnects, it could be after 2 minutes or after an hour. I'll have to close skype and reopen it then call the person back. Also when i'm in a conference call on skype with 2 other people it will only stay connected for a few minutes.

In order for video calling to work you must use some app, and the ones you just mentioned happen to be the most popular.

I am a new to android and asked this as i could always make video call on my touch hd wm without going for any other application with normal airtime call charges.

Line disconnected during a call? Alert will go off!

Was looking for an app to let me know when someone hung up the phone so that I know that I am disconnected because here a lot of times the network drops and I continued to talk for another minute for nothing, and yes it exists! Check out this so funny video!

It's the funniest app video I've ever seen by far! So basically anytime your call has been dropped or disconnected, a voice notification lets you know.

[Q] tango video calling doesn't work on my nexus 5

Hello
When I try to video call my friend with tango, my friend only sees black screen. I turned on the video calling mode so as my friend. Video calling works on wifi not on lte or 3g service.
I tried video calling with other apps such as google hangout and video calling worked.
Does anyone know why my friend sees black screen when I use tango video calling on LTE or 3G service?
