I too have its own question
as far as I know, there aren't any available roms for Samsung S7500
I found the stock rom for samsung galaxy ace plus
the rom are on samsdroid search on google:

Theoretically? Yes, but I highly doubt that anyone is going to put that much effort in porting to an 'obsolete' version.
