I don't think so cause wont backup
Sent from my LG-P925 using xda app-developers app

If your scard is full the backup will start but will stop without an error.
But the issue could be too if the backup was moved to an other folder and got corrupted it will not work too
Sent from my LG-P920 using Tapatalk

I will try delete some stuff and try back up again how much memory will I need
Sent from my LG-P925 using xda app-developers app

Still says md5 mismatch
Sent from my LG-P925 using xda app-developers app

Try Diff Recovery or Reinstall recovery.

All good factory reset and running thrill seeker
Sent from my LG-P925 using xda app-developers app

If you change the name of the backup folder you get the md5 error.

Adding apks to roms's..system/app file

Added all my apks to Rom and when i install the Rom it bootloops. But,if i remove my apks the Rom installs fine.
Any ideas or a better way to add them so they will install with the Rom,or make them a flashable zip file?

When you add them do you put them in the system app folder or the data app folder?

Maybe just install your apps after it boots?
Or...if you have a lot, install them after boot and then purchase titanium backup. It makes getting back to you normal running state simple. I can flash and be up to speed in about 5 minutes.

A CWM zip will not install a baseband. You need to flash a KDZ

CLOSE THREAD:Making backups with cwm.

Every time I make a backup through cwm then later go back and try to restore it says files not found where my backup is stored at. I've never had a problem doing this before any ideas? I have 3 backups that's saying the same thing.

So when you go to restore, you can literally see the list of backups?
Or did you do something like backup to sdcard and try restoring from external sdcard?
Sent from my SCH-I535 using xda app-developers app
Every time I do a backup I go into cwm and click backup an it does its thing. But won't restore the files for some reason cuz it says no files found. When I go in with root explorer and open the backups I can see the files in each backup. I have them on the sdcard and phone. I tried restoring from both ways.

Are the backups under /sdcard/clockworkmod/backup/ ?
Do you have a /backup and a /blobs folder under /clockworkmod?
Did you rename them with spaces or some funky characters?
Sent from my SCH-I535 using xda app-developers app
Yes there under sdcard/clockwork/backup. Come to think of it I did change the file name of the backups.
Sent from my SCH-I535 using xda premium
Is there anyway to get them back to normal or are they screwed?

After accepting the update, cwm fails to install it. I see an error. Which I stated in the op. I'm not dying to get the update but more interested in why its not recognized. Stock/rooted/locked bootchain. For now I just froze the update so I don't get the notification every 30sec.
Sent from my SCH-I535 using xda app-developers app
Ahhh. Its because you have a custom recovery. The MF1 update only seems to work with the stock recovery.

Might also fail if they have a different baseband from their rom base.

Were you able to resolve it? If so what was the issue? I think there is an OTA error log somewhere. Maybe /cache or /fota? I'm not sure where exactly, someone mentioned it before.

Hmm, do you recall modifying your SystemUI, installed Google Wallet, accidentally uninstall a system app, or make any framework changes? Did you find an error log I mentioned earlier?
Edit: Actually it should help if you try damnyouwaffles' suggestion, you can reflash the stock recovery by downloading EZ Recovery. Unfreeze "smd" and see if that helps.
Yes, I now recall I deleted systemUI.odex in system/app. it fixed an issue I was having with a mod I was doing.
