You posted no pics when afterall, that's the main point of this thread. It should really be in Android Themes because to do what you say is either gonna be by having a theme and using ICS icons or using a launcher such as ICSLauncher which gives the appearance of it. And to top it all, created another 2 pointless threads in order to gain post count. So I will be reporting them aswell.

It probably has to do with some of the Sprint bloat that's taking up space on your phone. Once you root, you can download a ROM like StockPlus if you want to keep stock look but get rid of most Sprint apps. If you want a more custom Froyo ROM, Urban Fury 2.0 and ACS 1.2 are good choices in my opinion. Guys, check the OP's post count before you flame him for posting in the wrong section. Maybe he doesn't know any better. EDIT...ignore me. OP was changed while I was typing this...

IIUI? I've never heard of it nor seen it in dev threads. I also googled it but nothing came up. Can you link to some information about it?
Or do you mean the Chinese based MIUI rom? That ones currently in the Android Dev forum.

Every ROM is carrier (ATT, Sprint, etc...) specific, so make sure you download the right one.
