In Gingerbread if LCD density is changed from 240 to anything Wifi calling app ForceCloses. I found this thread to fix the the apk to work with other densities. Could someone who has the tools already set up please look at this and post a modified kineto.apk from Gingerbread that'll work with different density values other than 240?
EDIT: **SOLVED**Sorry edit again....replace kineto.apk with the one from Froyo, verify version numbers in the help > about version should be MS-LGSTAR-KNT20-02_A0-14.......mods, maybe this should be moved to General or somewhere more helpful for people??
So thats why my wifi calling has not been working.
So where do I get the kineto.apk from froyo? Sorry if it should be more obvious.

As the title says I am looking for a semi transparent GenieWidget. I don't know that is matters but I am running Wolfbreaks 2.3.3 rom. I have found the stock version and a fully opaque version that I can post if anyone wants.

I think you can't install it as a normal apk,
you need to push it to /system/app and set the correct permissions
(rw-rw-rw-).

So who can mod it for the newest 4.0.4 ICS here. It is highly appreciated!

For LRG rom I'm using the deodexed version posted by Itsme_4ucz in the following thread (post #29):

You need to remove or rename the original .apk and .odex files before moving the new one in, then restart before adding widget to homescreen.

Where are the .odex files located?
This is transparent widget for non root user/ find difficulties to mod
This one won't replace with stock, but just add another widget.
Simply install from play store

this Stock Launcher 4.0.4 based on LRK ICS rom.
features so far :
1- 5x5 appDrawer

P.S reason why i did disabled the screen rotation is because i'm using ICS 4.0.3 rom and i can't test it by myself. you have to wait until i flash LRK 4.0.4 rom and test it by myself, for those who using 4.0.3 i already have it enabled with the same modifications as above.

tips : having an extra launcher installed in your phone is very important
it may works in CM ICS just install it like any application ( give it a try )
how to Install : extract the launcher from the zip and copy it to system\app and change the permissions to : rw-r-r, reboot .

decompile your apk , go open AndroidManiFest.xml with notepad++ and look for this line

I thought it may have been the TouchWiz30Launcher.odex file so I deleted that, but still no luck?

well i pulled the launcher from 4.0.3 and not 4.0.4 as i'm in somewhere (vacation) that take ages to download 1mb
that's why i didn't update my phone.
anyways if you upload your touchwiz i'll modify it for you

+1 on kingdroid. I hate threads with mods that not tested enough by the dev.
Lucky i had cleonote optimise launcher on my sd. All fine now

well i'v mentioned that its important that you have an extra launcher installed in your phone , its not my problem if the users dont read probably.

Nope not bootloop phone simply was stuck at the samsung logo had to restore my nandroid backup.
I am on Kingdroid 7.0 LRK with notecore 9.3
Also running at 240 dpi if that makes any difference

Just for your interest i have about 4 launchers installed on my phone so i did also read the instructions as it will mot be my first attempt to alter anything on my phone. I mearly expressed my experience and did not complain so please do keep the attitude for yourself. Read clearly i even gave thanks for the work done
