Tv out control isnt built into any of sgs4g ics's...i have an ics tablet that has tvout always on...seems like an easy fix. But then again i havnt developed anything but a headache.
Is it possible to just change a 0 to a 1 somewhere?

Yes it is that damn hard to change the 1 to a 0. Because that is not all it takes.
If you think it is all it takes setup a build environment fix it and submit the changes to team acid. Otherwise STFU. There is more important things going on in the development then to turn on the tvout ability for you.

The guy complained again about not having this functionality.

Next thing the guy says "I'll fix it myself" (in a childish manner) though he said he doesn't have a clue.

There is no eta. There is a project underway being led by Krylon360 so I have no doubt it will be available eventually.
I don't mean to be a d*ck but it is considered bad form to ask for etas from independent development. They mostly do this stuff out of love for the work usually in their spare time. If they have an eta for a project they will post it with updates. If they don't, that means there isn't one. Fyi.

Cm is no safer than any other rom in development stages. And yes, it is bad form to ask how long for anything. You need to understand that we devs and modders do this from the kindness of our hearts and for experience. This is the kind of question that pisses a dev off.

Development section is for active developers of a ROM. Since we don't have RC participating here (he's on RootWiki) it doesn't belong on developer section.
The two developers that DO participate on XDA and have developed ICS based ROMs (HellFire and EagleBlood) have their own threads.

Don't get discouraged bro. It's a reason why you can't post it here. 1. In dev section you change log, screen shot, disclaimers and on top of that you must be dev or have the dev permission. (to open a thread). In the general section is where you should have made this thread and it would be called a information thread. And it's 1 or 2 already made for arcee ics.

I noticed that the AOSP Style X Rom was removed from the development. I decided to look around for it online because I never saved it on my computer. I am simply re-posting it just in case anyone wanted to download it again.

+1 to that. I have to agree here. airfluip1, you do have this attitude and although I can't tell whether it's bad or not because it's only letters, they may sound troll-ish or offensive. I have been a troll sometimes too, I admit, in extreme cases. I know it's frustrating to deal with lots of people and mostly when questions are stupid but that's something devs should be prepared for. I really don't mind because the attitude has been around for some time that I'm used to it and just not in developers, but users and specially those that think they are above others because they self proclaimed forum sheriffs.
Anyway... I look forward to more AOSP Style so take this as constructive criticism, if you want to. If not, it's OK too.

LOL yeah I noticed the ETA asking.
I've been in there a few times. Once to ask FB & Bryan where to post some logs for their review. The times after that was to just hang out, see what's being discussed, and socialize a bit.
My point is that at no time did anyone kick/ban me nor was anyone rude. It was pretty laid back.
If/when you're back in there Airfluip, just be chill & you will be treated with the same respect as you give others. Not trying to say anything against you by any means - just offering some advice from an old guy
PRO tip. If you had just idled in the channel you would've gotten all the info and updates you wanted. There are a few users who do this and they get the info they wanted because they just stay there and read what we have to say. Once I get back to my computer I can maybe let you join the channel muted. You won't be able to type anything but you will get your progress updates

You say these things when you yourself feel above the rules you have been called out before xda is a community and when you do what is expected you can gain a ton of knowledge but being lazy is not an excuse diggit you posted the same question twice so my guess is nobody messes with Bluetooth alot otherwise you would have gotten an answer but since there are no custom kernels for ics features are limited that's not an excuse for you to be silly and act like we are in the wrong all you new guys need to just chill and soak up what you can but use common sense too if we don't answer its for a reason 1 its been posted 2 we don't know

Not quite sure I care what you think. I was banned unfairly and but a few see that. In any case, I have tons of people who enjoy the ROM. Instead of being a deadbeat jackass, contribute to the community you leech from.

Not up to you to decide if you were banned unfairly. That's for the moderators to handle. You could have acted respectful and took it up with them. Instead you've been a **** and repeatedly forced your way back on. As a result I don't trust your work. If you're willing to act like a spoiled brat and disregard any rules that don't suit you, how do I know you haven't done something like installed a back door in your ROM? Maybe you haven't. But perhaps you can see why acting badly can damage your reputation?
I don't care what one member thinks. I do what benefits me and the community. Don't trust my work, everyone else will remain ahead. A Backdoor on an Android device? Considering the ROMs kernel was developed by nxd you're saying you don't trust him. Regardless, any back doors are easily found by
scanning the .zip and I'm very secure and have not had one alert. Here's a hint, only post in threads where your opinion is valued, because in this thread it is not.

Shut up u dumbass u are the one that sounds disrepecful right now. And you don't trust his **** well I have been running his rom and it is the most stable one I have found. Maybe he did brake some rules and got banned but the way I see it the mods don't really care about the sk4g and how the forum is dieing. So yeah he might have broke some rouls and **** but it was to help us and keep the sk4g alive when everyone eals baled. Some times rouls need to be broken. The needs of the meany outweigh the wants of the few.
