Why can't I send MMS? - HTC Sensation

my rom is ViperS 1.0.1
I can still send MMS in my previous Rom...
IS it a bug of it ?
i've tryied to set up apn...but doesn't work...
Chinese User...
Helpppppppppp

Search The thread - probably somebody has an answer. In some earlier versions users with such error needed to flash a fixed MMS.apk - maybe you'll find that as well.

I can confirm sms and mms IS working perfectly on viper Rom. I'm using viper and have NO problems with either.

Had same problem, it was a misconfigured APN, although it was ok on prevent rom, in the new one the Protocol version changed.. dunno if its my carrier conf or rom...
Check with your carrier the right MMS Protocol version, gateway and port. Set it up and it should work.

T-Mobile MMS froyostone v 3.1 on HTC Leo Chicago Il

Hi all,
I can not for the life of me get mms msg sending working on this build. I can receive them, just can't send them. I copied the apn info from my v2 build in which it worked, still no dice. I tried all three apns listed on t-mobiles web site, still no dice. I seem to be at a lose.

WiFi not working on any Rom? - solved

Total nooby with these things but i have flashed a couple of roms (cm7 is one) and can't get my phone to connect to my WiFi, should I have backed up my WiFi access points using titanium back up? Or would that not work coming from sense 2.1 to cm7? Data works just fine. Apologies if this has been asked before I just couldn't see it anywhere.

Try and delete the networks in your list and then add them again. I've read that can solve the problem.
Hope it works for you.
Thanks for the reply, its working ok now.

Try the baseband update that match with your stock sbf (mioze thread) : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1241685.
If it doesn't work restore your stock ROM.
I would guess the APN is not correctly set. There was an issue with this at one point. There is an update.zip you can try or you can try the updated CM6.3.5.3. The other option is to manually update your APN settings which you would need to get from your provider.
HTH
this will fix your problem
My fault I copied the info down wrong I'm a dumb ass. But I am using 6.3.5.3 working great but themes don't work but its worth it I think for the meida button to work also anyone have a link to the best cm7 version

Need help: GPS and MMS not working.

I would really appreciate it if I could get help fixing my GPS and MMS. I have search the forum, but some of the solutions don't work. I am running aospX 1.0.0-AR31 on my Inspire 4G with S-Off. I have flash Inspiremod and AGPS PATCH. The GPS was working fine when I rooted the phone, but I think it stopped working after I flashed Revolution HD.
I have tried using different rooms after a full swipe with no luck. Another problem I am having is I can send MMS, but I can't download a MMS when someone sends me a MMS. I click on download and nothing happens.

You do know that to download mms your data needs to be on. It does not work over wifi. If data is on and mms don't work then check apn settings. For correct settings go to icecoldsandwich forum in desirehd on page 1598 you will see what mobile net apn sgould look like. For gps try reflashing rom but don't flash the patch see if gps works then. Also don't flash inspire mod I used to have aospx and never did and rom worked perfect for me.

MMS Apn settings for T-Mobile

So my girlfriend has a rooted Inspire with a T-Mobile sim card on the lastest stock. I've flashed a few roms and mms has always worked for her until this latest one. I've googled the settings and none seem to work. If anybody could post the correct mms apn settings it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Also you do know that your data needs to be on for mms to work even while on wi-fi. For some reason mms needs to use data not wi-fi.
