Accelerowriter allows you to draw and write
on the screen via the accelerometer.
Just press your finger over the filled circle
at the same time as you tilt the device.
You can clear the screen by touching the empty circle
and relaunch the calibration step by touching the screen.

Hello, few months back I searched for application which allows you to take photos without taking attention to avoid conflicts but have evidence.
Black screen, taking photos/burst with volume buttons...
I found application named Candid with this icon (its cut from my own screenshot from my last phone).

Is there software that can decrease the height of the entire Android screen to make room for a App Access toolbar?

This is so you can easily open programs when you're driving, just by pressing the app icons on the App Toolbar.
But not overlay on top of existing Android viewport.
That way you can quickly switch between ie: Google Maps and NetFlix while driving.
Been doing this on the LG V20 for years, very helpful.
