cMIUI wifi calling. - Samsung Galaxy S (4G Model)

Well I just migrated over from Gingerbread to cMIUI 2.4.7 and it's obviously a huge difference. I have some questions about the new platform that I hope someone can answer
How can I use wifi calling? It was pretty straightforward in GB 2.3.6
Attempting to use Voice Search in any way results in an FC. How can I fix this?
How can I enable the app drawer in the original miui launcher? I've had to resort to using ADW, which means I lose most of the theming and widgets of miui.
On the Miui launcher, how can I fix the background on the left side? It seems like the background doesn't "fit" because there is a black section to the left of the background image.
How can I have music controls on the lockscreen?
Please and thank you =D

[Q] Unread Count (without Widgets) - How is CM7 doing it?

Hi XDA-
I have been flashing back and forth between Darky and CM7 lately, and I've noticed something CM7 does that I'd love to port to Darky or elsewhere if possible.
The icons for google voice and Plume (not widgets, icons) show unread counts, which I have not seen anywhere else.
Anyone know how this is being done? So far as I can tell it isn't something ADW Launcher is offering (which comes installed with CM7).
Your insight is appreciated.

I found a interested Launcher today browsing through the market..

As stated in the title I found a interesting Launcher today browsing through the market, heres a link
https://market.android.com/details?...51bGwsMSwxLDEsImNuLnl1bm1haS5jY2xhdW5jaGVyIl0.
It operates very similar to like ICS 4.0, issues I found with this launcher though is that it has very little to no customization. If someone here with the skills, talent and know how would like to take on the task on editing this Launcher like for example adding or deleting pages, adding or removing the 3D option, adding scrollable widget support and change icon support that would be great.
I don't know one thing about editing stuff like this or working on apps but I'm sure someone here does and would like to see a great working ICS launcher on devices working on Gingerbread and lower.
This launcher has a lot of potential because it is the first launcher to work very similar to ICS 4.0 down to the app drawer screen transition to the Holo effect on the main screen and it works on Gingerbread and lower devices while Nova launcher, Apex launcher and Trebuchet only work on ICS.
Anyways just my 2 cents here, have a good day everyone..

[Q] Working custom icons in ICS?

Desktop vizualizer makes icfons at half size, with no way to fix as far as i can tell, i've told them but have gotten no reply.
folder organizer items work, but it places the shortcuts as a widget instead of a shortcut like it did in honeycomb.
so right now i have no way to add normal shortcuts to my homescreen with a custom icon.
does anyone have any apps that work properly?
I used adw for my custom shortcuts

not really a lot of help. i'm not asking for a custom launcher. ICS launcher is just fine. i just want to be able to actually make custom icons like i could in honeycomb.
i find it really hard to believe that no one running this tablet on ICS with a stock launcher is using custom icons. come on.

Have you tried Nova Launcher? Its basically the Stock Launcher, but allows for editing/resizing Icons and Widgets. Plus, you can install Icon packs for ADW and manually assign Icons of your choice to whatever you want...then resize them if you want.
Nova has a free version, and a Prime version with a few extra fun features. Both are in the Market.
yeah i've tried nova and the others, and personally i don't like/want to use them. i find the stock launcher just fine.
i'm just annoyed because for the first time in android history, i can't make custom icons work right. and i'm just shocked that it seems that no one else here is using custom icons on a stock launcher.
there are some ics roms out there already? are you rooted?

So you seem to be stuck on using the Stock launcher.
Well if you had tried Nova as you said, then I got to know, what about Nova didn't you like? I mean, Nova is basically stock from the look, and it adds the ability to use custom icons or ones from an icon pack, and allows you to resize them...which is what you are complaining about.
So, what is it about needing/wanting to use stock launcher, when Nova is stock with a few added features, one of which is using custom icons.
i don't have my TF rooted, so i lose the widgets menu, it doesn't have the tablet transitions, app drawer is 5x5 instead of 8x5. and to be honest, it's not as smooth as the stock ics launcher for me.
and honestly, i'm just still in a shock that apparently everyone is just using nova or adw.
i refuse to believe that i am the only person on this forum with an ICS transformer that is using the stock launcher with custom icons. that cannot be possible.

(Q) MIUI theme for stunner?

I am using ics stunner and wanted to have the MIUI theme for settings, phone, and contacts etc... not the launcher.. is that possible?
You can't get for Settings. To do that, you must install an actual Miui ROM.
For the contacts and phone, you can install replacements that look/function like it. I can't think of it off the top of my head, but there are some.
I don't know why you would want those two things from Miui ROM, I think they're pretty meh (unless there was a drastic change soon), the best portions of Miui is the Theme Manager, Lockscreen, Launcher (its unique), Music and Settings portions.

[Q] Window size on ICS Roms

Is it only me or is it an issue with ICS on skyrocket. On all the ROMs I tried all giving the same issue.
The window size for most of the context menu options ( e.g. trying to add Widgets) is very small compared to the original I see on GB.
I am using ICS on my KindleFire also, and don't see this issue there.
So this seems something related to ICS and Skyrocket.
Anyone else to confirm this?
Is it a launcher issue? I have the ported SG3 TouchwizUX and stock Touchwiz loaded on ucle2. Add widget menus looks like this...

Personally I'm running the Apex launcher and I absolutely love it. By far my favorite launcher from speed to customization to down right sexiness. Here's what the widget menus look like, as well as my apollo widget made resizable by Apex (Sorry for the watermark)

Should probably also state I'm running CM9-6/20 Nightly on UCLE2
Its not only the Adding Widget Screen, its everywhere.
See the screen from Poker Deluxe Game.
The window is clipped.
Could not find a solution for this issue, moved back to GB 2.3.6
