I have the OTA update of my htc Sensation ICS 4.0.3 with the software number 3.33.415.6
the htc fixed the problem of the wi-fi in it which it was not working because of the carrier and bla bla bla . . .
SO . . . If any one want me to upload the ROM OTA update file . . . I'll be very happy to do that for you

I suggest you send it to Kohr-ah for him to examine, edit, and maybe post in his thread on FW.

We have to wait for the public to get their bootloaders to be S-OFF. Once we have S-OFF (whether its through an update pushed by HTC/your US carrier, or an exploit such as Fre3dom through a developer on this website), we'll be able to develop and flash custom roms such as MIUI and CyanogenMod onto our Sensations.

hehehe he has his own youtube channel contact him threw there im asuming. he also has this website http://alpharev.nl/x/ with a coming soon sign. well hopefuly this is released before htc ( i highly doubt htc will release this before this dev).

If you're not capable of doing a search for the thread, you shouldn't be trying to upgrade your phone. There are risks of killing the phone.

Or wait until ICS is officially released (in the next week(s)/month(s) depending on who you ask) and it is pushed to your phone by Google.

The Problem,
Since JellyBean releases HTC have added extra protection around their RUU's making the rom.zip file still getable from the RUU but with what bender_007 says are extra bytes - this means that any attempt to extract the system.img gives a CRC error.
This is not particuarly my area of expertise so I hope those with more knowledge/ideas will come and discuss this

There is nothing to test at the moment, no system.img means no ROM

I hate HTC attitude, they said that they won't release JB for old devices and lock the ROM files. I wish you guys the best of luck solving it and giving us, once again, the best ROM available.

Again you are TROLLING...
nah..you can't flash it , but you can try to. The app has too some conditions on flashing .
We can override the conditions, someone would flash it and then dump the image.
Does this sound reasonable enough ?
