Its LG optimus 3d Max home launcher , it should be in the general or themes sections, its a flash able package , it comes with 3 themes but if you want prada, ics or miui theme, you have to extract it from Acura 3d Max rom V2 and then add it to the zip file of the launcher. If you need help just pm

Its the ICS theme for CM7 with Holo Launcher. Holo Launcher has a jellybean theme to it now so i use that and a Jellybean Live wallpaper app.

Could you possibly do the Galaxy live wallpaper from Optimus 2x, and the green one of which I haven't a clue about - I rooted my Optimus 2x quite soon after buying it, and was horrified to lose some of my fave stuff, like the clock and weather, which I have since got back thanks to here, and the live wallpapers thanks to you - except theGalaxy one

Those both look like HDPI instead of MDPI.
thats because touch wiz is only on hdpi phones.

It has been reported working on WB & ThGo. I used it on WB with no xloud.
If you do not have reboot option in power menu you would need to flash a few extra files but if you do it should work ok. Post in that thread if you have more ?s.

I'm pretty sure it hasn't been ported to any other roms and requires the miui framwork therefore you have to be on miui to use it.
If you still want to try, just download the rom, extract it on your desktop, and find the apk from somewhere inside, then install it on your phone.
I'll post the apk in a few. I'm using miui 2.3.5 make sure you cipy the apk to system/app folder with a root file explorer and also fix the permission like this rw-r--r-- then reboot
