hallo guys, sorry for my bad english :-(. i have a big problem with my htc one s. this phone i have unlocked and than all software, so the system too, cleaned. the phone booting now in the bootloader, not another. i search the ruu o2 rom form germany. can you help me? the cid is o2__102. that i know it. that is all. over adb i come into the shell. i cant go to the sdcard or mount it :-( . please help me, i need help.

hallo rootrider, thanks for your answer. Who is football? the other guyies can´t help me. the mobilphone is in the bootloader or in the recoverymenu. but the sdcard doesn´t mounting can you help me?

hallo, my problem is solved. i modifyed the cid O2___102 in 11111111 and i flashed my mobilphone with the original software from htc. my phone is now ok. thanks for your help.

In your case ignore the rest, unless you want big storage as well of course ;-)
I stand to be corrected, but I don't think you can change the language without installing a new ROM.

guys, i have problem when upgrading the rom, it is "ERROR 105 rom upgrade utility error" pls help!! what should i do?
Error 105 or Error 150? If you're getting this error after running MaUpgradeUtNoId, just run it again for the 2nd time and it will work!

replace MaUpgradeUt.exe with MaUpgradeUt_NoId.exe(found on ftp),delete GetDeviceData.exe,and put ur phone in bootloader mode...then reflash..

If you think you can do it, follow instructions here:

and dump the rom from your device.
And upload to rapidshare (www.rapidshare.com)
If you could do this, I would be a happy man
And even better, If you have access to a norwegian RUU (rom upgrade utility) for your kaiser (Im not sure, but maybe you can get it from htc e-club. http://member.htc.com/member/login.aspx?fm=eu&ln=en
register if you havnt allready, and see if there is a download
other option is contact support via email and ask for a ruu, cause your device has locked, and you need to flash it back
any of theese would be greatly appreciated
If you look in the windows folder of all Tytn II rom there are some cabs that are installed on a hardreset. One is named configure_key.cab
Could that cab install the country specific keymappings?

There isn't RUU for new devices on htc club. Only for upgrade when htc deploy new functionality on the same version of windows mobile (as gps update for P3600 Trinity) or new version of windows mobile.

I've read in some others threads that's impossibile to reconstruct the rom as it comes when u buy. Something miss as office or connection wizard.

and i forgott to say that i cant install the cert.cab it just say instalation was unsuccessful the program or setting cannot be installed because it does not have sufficient system permissions
You need to remove MS application lock. Search forum for more information.

i have don it but when i waant to unlock it it just say the phone is unlockable and then when i want to install cert to supercid my phone i can`t iinstall it.
Have you tried SDA_Application Unlock ?

How did you solved it? Cause i am getting the same problem, as you. Cant unlock, tried with regeditSTG, but it doesnt works, because i cant install regedit.exe, because of the lack of the rights..
Also my trying to unlock my qtek 8310 with "sda application unlock" was unsuccesful. "phone is not unlockable".. by the way, my phone is with ORANGE's software. Hope to get some answers.

U should check your phone, is it S-ON or OFF.
Also, there is a topic about Perfect SPL, u can search it
Yes it is S-ON, but can not find anything good information I need and it can be said with GOLDCARD do but marks a formatting error again and therefore not able to do anything ......... eh

did you try a different sd card to create the gold card? some sd cards do not work...
i try with the LEXAR, SANDISK AND KINGSTON....... Lexar=8GB, Sandisk=2GB and Kingston= 2GB please help! meee i'm from guatemala ... and i don't have friends with the brain BIG!. LOL. please ! the Forum Xda-developers is my salvation
