Hey guys!
I was wondering if someon knows the location for the system theme for cm9, or a way to replace it with a custom theme, so the custom theme will be standard when you flash the rom.
Thanks

Just flash it from Recovery?
EDIT
Yup. I'm just using a Rooted Froyo Rom. Looks sweet.
I assume it just replaces the stock font with the new one. Should work on any rom.
Could someone please show screenshots..? :\

Yes it just replaces the stock font. Should work with most ROMs as long as they dont change the location of the fonts.

I love this font
To use it on MIUI rom you have to change the 2 font files located in /fonts to
Arial.ttf
Arial-Bold.ttf
Then resign the zip file.
I made the file ready to be flashed

download typefresh or font changer from the market. you can change to whatever font you want to with it. very easy to use
Great looking font. I've always liked Comfortaa. I am actually using that on my Nook Color running CM7.
If people want a more "standard looking" font that still has some nice flair, I recommend trying Segoe UI, which should be in your /Windows/Fonts folder.

I hate the overcome theme, I think it's ugly. But I like the rom, it's fast. So you are not alone, I also like th original theme. Sometimes simpler is better
There is a stock theme patch on the overcome website, I didn't try it yet, maybe you can give it a go.

I have this for you, i am busy to make it complete but did not have the time to finish it up yet, but you could you use what i have now.
You would need to use root explorer to replace them in (systemUI.apk) system/apps and (framework-res.apk) system/framework and set the permissions as the original ones.
This only works on the jupiter rom from Overcome Team
The images i have from zenkinz (thanks) theme.

I got two questions...
1- Do you want to make your own theme?
2- Or are you trying to take components from other themes to make one theme?
*hope that makes sense*
Answer: Go to themes then click customize from there you can piece together themes to make your perfect theme.

i wanting to change the way my battery looks i was going to try and use the android battery and make it purple.
I modified the Black Ice theme for MIUI. I was able to get rid of the Chinese characters on lockscreen. I also changed the bootanimation to the Google boot animation. Here it is if somebody wants it.

Hi
Just thought I might share with anyone on a LRK rom an orange theme I have. I made this for ClassicRom but should work fine on any LRK rom and possibly 4.0.4. There are some issues with LR6 with wrong text displayed but all good on LRK but haven't tested on previous 4.0.4 roms.

So you dont need to reflash the rom you can either use a root explorer and copy the replaced files from the rom you are using or unzip the theme zip and replace the files in there with the ones from your rom, zip then flash.

You want to get the apks from the zip file you flashed for the rom. In system/framework you will need framework-res, criskelo-res or lidroid-res depending which one is there and twframework-res. From system/app you will need axt9ime, mms, contacts, jobmanager and systemui. Either replace the files in the zip for the theme with these and flash or copy and paste them in your system with a root explorer, if going to do that do app folder then framework and will need to hold power down to reset the phone after framework is copied because it will lock up the phone. Worst case you can just reflash the rom without wipe.

nice looking
lrq update plz
thanks for the skin. can you get the notification dropdown to support 240dpi?
and also...maybe the orange hex color to be FFFD9640? This orange is a *bit* dark..
currently the orange gradient bar is 3/4 way down on the screen, and not at the bottom. other than that, it is totally awesome
thanks!
Nice job - Look's great
Working on updating this to lrq as well as the other themes I have. Don't plan on supporting a different dpi as I don't use a different dpi sorry. As for the hex code I have done most of the xmls already but will look into changing to the code suggested when get another chance. And for the drop down curtain I wanted to make it that way for something different so the black faded into the orange

There isn't a default .apk for CyanogenMod. (At least from what I see after searching everywhere in /vendor/tmobile/ and when clicking on the info button in the ThemeChooser it says the System Default theme's package is com.android.systemui) So to change the default theme you will have to first decompile the theme you want to use or if you made it just simply put everything you made into the /frameworks/base/packages/SystemUI/ and if you want to change the theme name, author, and preview from "System", "Google", and the default preview you can go to /vendor/tmobile/providers/ThemeManager/res/ in the xml/ folder there the system_theme.xml that contains the names and the path to the preview. It is possible to just add in the theme .apk you want and set it to default but that looks to be more work and it would still leave the system theme in there but if you really want to still then I recommend going to /frameworks/base/core/java/android/content/res/Configuration.java and search for "customTheme" and see how CyanogenMod saves which theme is the default and override the setToDefaults() so that instead of setting customTheme to null; to set it to your theme. Just replacing the SystemUI theme would probably be the best idea in my opinion.
Hope this helped!
