I have a Verizon Samsung Galaxy s fascinate (flashed to Metro PCS) .. I want to flash the rom.. what is the latest version I can flash it to?? gingerbread or ice cream sandwich??

I upgraded from ATT Samsung Galaxy S Captivate I897 (Running Gingerbread 2.3.5), I got my Phone UNLOCKED by ATT to a new ATT Samsung Galaxy S3, which is the phone I am currently using now. I did a "Factory Reset" to my OLD Samsung Captivate I897, so NOW I want to install all the recent STUFF, such as a new CWM Recovery, and I want to ROOT the phone, and install Android 4.2.2 or 4.3.
